New Features

Nudge: Product search and update page: Now you can search for a specific product in Nudge platform and publish a size-up and down tag. This helps with one off updates and for recently launched products with known sizing recommendations from manufacturers.
Exchange, show more products : We have optimized the exchange fetching logic to show more products of same category in the return form
NYCE WMS integration: We can report returns and get inspections from NYCE WMS systems. If your warehouse uses this WMS, reach out to us.
Voyado integration: You can now send return notification emails via Voyado. Yayloh can be configured to push return request events and you can configure email in Voyado to be triggered on different scenarios. Please reach our to your Voyado rep to get you started.
Bleckmann integration: Now we are fully integrated with Bleckmann logsistics ( based our of Netherland) both as a TMS and as a WMS. This means we can generate shipping labels via Bleckmann's carrier contracts ( read cheaper) and we can do warehouse inspections via our WMS integration.

Fixes & Enhancements

Product page analytics fix: On the product page, we have fixed the analytics and graphs which were not fetching all the data correctly
Use shipping code for exchange orders: For Shopify merchants, when placing the exchange orders, we are now copying over both shipping title as well as shipping code from the original order. This helps with Ongoing WMS or Global-e mapping of correct carrier at the time of fulfillment.
Offer exchange if inventory more than is a new setting which safeguards you from promising something which you cannot fulfill.
Multiple labels per order setting is a hidden setting which we have introduced to help merchants who have partial returns. This does have an inherent limitation that we cannot track more than 1 tracking number per order. But we built it to help some merchants anyways.
