New Features

1. IMI Go (WMS) integration: We have developed a tight integration with IMI Go WMS system ( formerly known as Alyson). This is a 2 way integration where we report return orders and get inspection statuses back
2. Track with Webshipper : If you are generating return labels using your own Webshipper account, we can setup a webhook to track return labels via Webshipper.

Fixes & Enhancements

1. Missing order imports: Due to various reasons, sometimes orders are not imported to yayloh. To reduce these customer support errands, we have developed a smart flow which would try to lookup and import a failed order lookup on return form. This means a customer who couldn't find order in first go, will find it in the next try minutes apart. Less tickets for everyone.
2. Shopify import rewritten to support GraphQL: For Shopify merchants, we work every quarter to keep our app in-sync with latest Shopify api versions. We rewrote our Shopify order imports to support new Graphql way of fetching data. More efficient and stable.
3. Cleaner dashboard UX is what you should see in the backoffice. All buttons, grids and visual components looking sharp and structured thanks to our frontend team working over summer to re-write and optimize.
4. Faster login to dashboard: We have optimized the login to dashboard flow and now its more snappier.
5. Nudge analysis ignore last 15 days: Based on your feedback, we have altered the analysis page of Nudge to not count last 15 days of order count, since it skews the return rate impact.
