New Features

1. Multi-filter return requests: In the dashboard, you can now filter return requests by more than one filters and data refreshes right away. e.g. easily filter all your "inspected" + "claims"
2. Block products: Under dashboard > settings > block returns, now you can search and block using product names.

Fixes & Enhancements

1. Improved listing for exchange for same price: We have improved how we show "similar" products to customer when they are in the "exchange for same price" flow. We expect the conversions to improve by this enhancement.
2. Allow exchange for "Welcome bonus" (Shopify only): Now we let you configure a bonus tolerance to offer exchanges. For eg. if you configure 10% bonus tolerance, then we use original cost of item to find similar exchange products if they got 10% or less bonus
3. Gorgias - nicely formatted ticket: When you push a return request to Gorgias, we are now creating a more cleaner html formatted message with return details.
4. Self translation of return form now allows you to edit texts on the components like return checkout and refund method pop-up.
5. Centra - robust refunds: We are now checking if a return has already been restocked in Centra before firing a refund request. This reduces the number of requests which were failing during the automation.
6. Refund returns inside a mixed return request: We now let you create automation rule, which refunds, if there is a return inside a mixed type of return request. For eg. if a request has exchange and return items, it will refund only the return item. Less outliers to take care of.
7. Choose a warehouse in manual label generation: Our settings page to generate an one off label, will now let you choose one of your exiting warehouses and auto-fills the destination address fields
