New Features

1. Claim and exchange windows: Now you can setup separate windows for returns, claims or exchanges. Along with block date range, to stop returns from flash sales. You will find these under settings > returns.

Fixes & Enhancements

1. Easy access - create labels: Now ability to create a manual return label is not just limited to Retailer admin user. We have moved the label generation feature to main menu and can be controlled by user permissions.
2. Label of choice: You can choose which shipping route to use to generate a label. For eg. if you have 2 carriers configured to cover UK to SE route, you can manually generate a return label with either of them by fetching and selecting a route during manual label generation.
3. Upload claim images of all sizes: Yes, we agree that smartphones click pictures which are bigger than 2 mb. Now we have removed the size limit on claim images while keeping the quality of image good enough for customer support to review.
4. We are now able to track PostNL parcels in real-time using webhooks
5. Multi filter bug fix: Thank you for you patience with multi-filtering of return requests. We are continuously improving filtering. There is more to come in this area.
6. "reject" as an event: When customer support rejects an item in return request, we will create a new event. You can listen to this new event or configure your Klaviyo to send emails based on it.
