1. BOGO and Bundle Refund Rules: We now import "Buy X, Get Y" and bundle discount data, allowing us to create custom refund rules tailored to these specific promotions.
2. New Automation Rule: Automatically offer refunds for the first X days and switch to store credit thereafter.
3. Withdraw Feature - Stay compliant with new EU regulations using flexible display options to present the button in a non-erosive way [read more].
4. New Product-Level Datasets: Analyze performance at a granular level by filtering product data by size and color.
5. Explain label errors with AI - Yes, label generation failures sometimes show complicated errors. You can now click a button to have AI translate these errors into clear, actionable language.

Fixes & Enhancements

1. Official FedEx Integrator: yayloh is now a certified FedEx partner. Our label generation process is officially verified to meet FedEx’s most stringent technical standards.
2. Faster Dashboard Performance: We’ve optimized our background SQL queries to ensure your return request listings load significantly faster.
3. New Klaviyo Event Field: Use the return_checkout_is_store_drop_off field to trigger custom Klaviyo emails specifically for customers who choose in-store drop-offs via the return checkout.
