Apr 2026: Instabox and AI powered variant info

✅ Launched

Features

1. Instabox integration: Like Budbee, we now offer Instabox in our return checkout. Customers can choose a locker to drop off their returns
2. Schedule reports: Now you can schedule a heavy dataset to generate a report in the background. No more time out problems.
3. ShippingBO WMS: We can now push expected returns to ShippingBO and capture the inspections.

Fixes & Enhancements

1. Exchange variant info using AI: In the exchange flow, we are now showing variant information stored in metafields or tags to display color or material information with help of AI. Now customers will be well informed while doing exchanges.
2. Gift card in WooCommerce: We offer gift card creation on popular plugin "PW WooCommerce Gift Cards Pro".
3. New datawarehouse technology: We have created a new datawarehouse which will start powering our heavy reports in the analytics section. This will be invisible to user but we hope bring better analytics using this infrastructure.

These features are now live! Feel free to reach out if you'd like to explore them together or discuss how they can benefit your return process. ❤️
