Features

1. Single page exchange: Working on our "improve conversion" promise in 2026, we have streamlined variant and same price exchange into one page. Reducing clicks, making it look better with AI curated descriptions.
2. Mandatory claim fields: Now it is mandatory for the customer to leave comments and upload at least 1 image when submitting claim.
3. Shopify - on exchange, refund zero original For our Shopify merchants, now you can configure your exchange settings such that a zero refund return is marked on the original order when exchange order is placed.

Fixes & Enhancements

1. Return reason drop-down usability: On mobile view, we have improved usability of the return reason drop down
2. BRING customs integration: For Norway to Sweden returns, we are integrated to BRING systems for easier customs declarations.
3. Helthjem and Mondial Relay native integration: We have direct integration with both these carriers now. Supporting their latest versions.
4. Tracking urls to Shopify: Now a return reported to Shopify Return api will also have the return tracking url in it. So its easy click for your team to lookup the carrier tracking page
5. Refund automation at item level: Striving to reduce pain point when it comes to partially inspected returns. Now we are beta testing our new automation logic where we are looking at inspections at item level when refunding customers. So there will be no outliers when it comes to refund automation. This new automation will be rolled out in coming weeks to all merchants
