✅ Launched
New Features
-
Approve to Place a New Order in Case of Claims: When enabled, merchants must approve sending the return label to the customer and approve the creation of a new order in Shopify with a custom prefix. This adds an extra layer of control in managing claims efficiently.
-
Return Period Based on Fulfillment Date (Shopify only): Currently, yayloh calculates the return validity period based on the order date. With this update, merchants can set the return period based on the fulfillment date. This improvement helps better manage pre-orders and avoid return deadline inconsistencies.
-
Rule.io Integration for Return Notifications: This integration allows you to segment flows and build more personalized return notifications to improve communication in your return process.
Fixes & Enhancements
-
Single Return Label Per Request: Previously, customers who registered multiple return requests for the same order received new return labels each time, causing tracking issues. Now, only one return label will be generated per request. If a new label is needed, customers must contact support.
-
Return Fee ‘0’ for Claims For customers opting for return checkout under a claim, the return fee will now display as ‘0’ to prevent confusion and ensure a smoother return experience.
-
Budbee Return Tracking: yayloh now supports automated Budbee return tracking via webhook, enabling improved refund automation in regions where Budbee operates.
-
Refund Rules Based on Number of Returned Items: Retailers offering bundle discounts (e.g., "3 for 2" promotions) can now configure refund deduction rules based on the number of items returned. Fixed deduction fees can be applied as per a structured policy, e.g., 1–2 items: €5, 3–4 items: €10, 5+ items: €12.
-
Update Existing Return Requests in Shopify Return API – If a customer submits multiple return requests for the same order, Yayloh will update Shopify with the new product item each time.
-
Analyse financial Impact of Returns by Market: A new dataset has been added to analytics to analyze the financial impact of returns per market.
