We’re excited to introduce a powerful new feature in Banner: Automated Report Notifications. Now, your team can automatically send saved reports on a recurring schedule, no more manual exports or reminders.

This update allows you to streamline your workflows and ensure the right people always have the data they need, when they need it.

🔧 How It Works:

Create a custom notification template, choose the reports you want to send, set a schedule, and Banner will automatically deliver them to your team. It’s a simple way to keep everyone informed—no manual steps required.

Set it up once, and Banner will handle the rest.

We’ve made a small but important update to the contract view!

Now, when you click into a contract, you’ll notice a new dropdown menu in the top right corner.

Use this menu to quickly navigate to other pages in the contract like:

• Invoices
• Change Orders
• Project Info
• RFIs

This helps reduce visual clutter and puts all contract-related actions in one place for faster access.

We’ve made it easier to get the right eyes on the right comments —fast. You can now use the '@' symbol to tag specific teammates when leaving comments in the Dashboard and Shell Comment Columns.

💬 Here’s how it works:

• Type @ in dashboard and shell comment field
• A dropdown will appear with all users from your team
• Start typing a name to filter and quickly find the right person
• Select the user from the list to mention them
• Once you submit the comment, they’ll receive an email notification—even if they aren’t in the default notification group

New Update: Contract Room Tab

Functions in the Contract room of a contract like "Invoices" and "Change Orders" are now nested in a tab drop down.

Clicking into the tab will expose Invoices and Change Orders
