🌟 Going live mid November:

• Simplified Admissions Packet Creation: Easily create admissions packets (formerly known as admissions processes) by simply naming the packet and adding forms. Guidance is included for each step!
• Improved Progress Tracking: See which forms are completed or still in progress at a glance in a Student profile page.

🌟 Going live early December:

• Seamless Packet Sharing and Reviewing: Share admissions packets with families via a link, and preview what they’ll see before sending.
• One-Flow Completion: Prospective families can fill out all forms in one flow, making it faster than ever for families to complete applications and for you to review completed applications.
• Form Templates: Add pre-created form templates directly to your packet and customize as needed to get started more quickly!

These updates are designed to make establishing and managing enrollment quick and simple, so you can focus on delivering a better experience for your families and students. Stay tuned—more improvements are just around the corner!

• Get daily claimed meal count for CACFP reimbursements with a few simple clicks in the new CACFP daily claimed meals report
• Quickly view attendance data in the format that is best for you with our new absences and hours present reports, or print blank attendance sheets to leave out in rooms at your program.
• Easily view student information in the new student details report, and print out student emergency information cards to leave in classrooms.
• Keep a pulse on enrollment and waitlists with our new program waitlist, program enrollment, and room enrollment reports.
• Stay on top of all bill plan details with the new Bill Plans report

🌟 Enhancements to existing reports. We also made important changes to existing reports based on your feedback. Notably, you can now view Charge category in the billing Deposits report, so you can easily identify the specific charges included in a payout.

🌟 A new look and feel. Finally, we refreshed our reports landing page with a new navigation and updated categories to make it easier to find the report you need.
