The school calendar is now available on the web with a new streamlined design to make scheduling events a breeze!

Seamlessly add and manage events across your entire center, empowering your staff to handle events for their assigned rooms effortlessly. Events created on the web will sync with your mobile app, ensuring everyone stays on the same page and no one misses out on school events, closures, and other important classroom reminders.

You can now use the new Data Source dropdown at the top of the Custom Report Builder to narrow the available options to only the data you need.

The Custom Report builder puts reporting power in your hands, making getting answers about your brightwheel data quick and easy, while the ability to select a Data Source reduces the complexity of the data fields and numbers options, allowing for easier report creation.

Some sample reports you can build include the following:

• Track total attendance hours for each student across large date ranges so you can easily see individual attendance patterns.

• Create a future schedules report to know where gaps exist in your schedules.

• Attendance data can be combined with student profile data to create a custom check-in report.
