Tasks often store the updates, context, and the files that explain what happened. Until now, that information mostly stayed inside the task.
With this release, task notes and task documents are now visible directly from the client profile, so you can review important task information without needing to open each task one by one.
When you’re managing NDIS budgets, it’s not enough to see the current numbers, you also need to understand how they got there.
The new NDIS Budget Audit Trail gives you a clear record of changes made to a budget, so you can review updates with confidence and answer questions quickly when something doesn’t look right.
Moving into a new system is usually the hardest part of the job. You’ve already got the clients, the data, and the pressure to keep services running.
Mapped Client Import is our next step toward making Imploy onboarding genuinely pleasant. It’s a big improvement to our manual CSV import (which is still available if you like), but it’s designed to get your client list in quick, clean, and with far less back-and-forth.
Tasks move fast, and sometimes the person who started a task isn’t the person who should finish it.
With Task Reassigning, you can now hand a task over to another staff member in seconds, no recreating needed.
You can now filter SCHADS alerts by staff, with a quick search so you can jump straight to the right person without hunting. You can also filter by alert type, including overtime, short shifts (under 2 hours), broken shifts, insufficient hours, and daily max exceeded. If your filters are too specific and nothing matches, it will tell you clearly so you’re not left wondering where everything went.
We’ve introduced Sites, a new way to organise care delivery around physical locations rather than just individual clients.
Sites allow you to create a shared environment where clients and staff are grouped together, and where rostering, documentation, and oversight can be managed in one place. This is particularly useful for SIL arrangements, shared accommodation, and other multi-participant settings.
We’re pleased to release QuickBooks Integration, giving Imploy users a direct connection between Imploy’s billing and invoicing system and QuickBooks Online accounting software. This integration lets you push invoices from Imploy straight into QuickBooks and keep invoice statuses in sync between the two platforms.
We’ve added a new Shifts tab to the Client Quickview Panel, making it easier to check a client’s schedule without navigating away from what you’re working on.
The Quickview Panel is designed to stay open as you move around the app. With this update, it now includes fast access to a client’s upcoming and past shifts, right where you already are.
We’ve redesigned the Client Activity tab to make it easier to understand what’s been happening with a client, without digging through dense tables or scattered updates.
The Activity tab now uses a clean, timeline-style layout that is faster to scan and easier to follow. It presents client-related events in chronological order, giving you immediate context around requests, updates, and key system actions.
We’ve added a built-in PDF and image viewer so documents can be opened directly inside Imploy, without needing to download files just to see what’s inside them.
This makes reviewing documents faster and keeps you focused in the app, especially when working through tasks, incidents, or client files.
