We’ve added a new filter to the Scheduler that makes it easier to see the current state of shifts at a glance, without opening each one individually.

This update is designed for admins and coordinators who need to quickly identify which shifts are progressing as expected and which ones need follow-up.

We’ve added a new Budget Utilisation view to make it easier to understand how an NDIS budget is tracking over time, without needing to piece information together from multiple places.

We’ve added a new Client Setup Checklist to help ensure new clients are fully configured from day one, reducing interruptions to rostering, invoicing, and claims.

When a client is added, a checklist now appears in the right-hand information panel on the client profile. It highlights the essential details that must be completed for the client to operate smoothly across scheduling and billing workflows.

We’ve released a major performance and usability upgrade to the Imploy Scheduler, focused on making rostering faster, clearer, and more responsive in day-to-day use.

The roster has been significantly optimised across the board. Load times, navigation between views, assigning shifts, and deleting shifts have all been improved, resulting in an average performance gain of up to 72%. The Scheduler now responds instantly, even when working with busy rosters, large teams, or multi-client schedules.
