As mentioned before, you can now not just save sales order filters in PULPO WMS, but also share them with your colleagues. We know some of you are already using this feature, but we believe it’s worth highlighting again. Do you find it as useful as we do?
We added an enhancement to the batch packing functionality in PULPO. In short, you don't have to split the items between pre-pack positions. Just scan any of the items in batch packing, and PULPO WMS will show you the rest of the products belonging to the order. Check out the new option and share your opinion with us!
We know stock corrections are an essential part of your workflow, and now PULPO WMS lets you perform them without scanning the products. While some limitations apply, this feature can be especially useful if you’re handling products without barcodes or items too small to be labelled. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
PULPO WMS lets you create various data or orders using CSV uploads. To streamline the creation of Sales Orders and Purchase Orders, you can now upload just the product lists via CSV and conveniently add the remaining order details directly in the Web App.

What is the value? We know some of the customers, in combination with VCE Karma solution, even use it for shipping the cash-on-delivery orders and show the outstanding value on the label. Use case: re-fetching the failed labels after correcting the shipping addressWith the most recent update, PULPO WMS allows you to do exactly this! If the label fails due to the address-related issues, just update the address in the PULPO WMS Web View and re-create the box in one click to re-fetch the labels in the app. We believe it will save you some time! With the new returns function for the weclapp integration, returns entered in PULPO WMS can now be automatically created as returns in weclapp.
weclapp purchase order import integration now features the order type filter allowing you to decide on the types of purchase orders to be imported from weclapp.

Shopify does not store the product dimensions information, and the products are created in PULPO WMS with generic dimensions. In case the dimensions are important for your business or for the shipping providers you can change them in PULPO WMS manually or with a CSV upload. After changing the dimensions in PULPO WMS, they will not be overwritten by the generic values.
We know you often require the ability to quickly identify which products are most frequently ordered in single-unit orders using Cockpit. To facilitate this, we've introduced sorting options within the "TOP PRODUCTS IN QUEUE" table in the cockpit sales order view.

Introducing our new feature: Reason codes for sales order cancellation, an enhancement for businesses that want more control and insight into their warehouse processes. With this feature, users can assign predefined reasons for cancelling sales orders. This provides a deeper understanding of your warehouse processes and stores the information about the cancellation in the sales order details.
We have added an option to replace not always obvious merchant_id and merchant_channel_id values used in the CSV ulpoads with proper names making life of PULPO's 3PL customers a bit easier. Take a look at how to create and use the aliases to save a bit of your time in the future.
Now you can store all your order-related attachments in PULPO. Starting December, PULPO WMS allows to attach documents not only to sales order but to purchase orders as well. All the info is in one place, and will never be lost.

Warehouse aliases is a function allowing you to have different names for your warehouses in PULPO and ERP systems.
If you use one or multiple integrations and have different warehouse names in the ERP or shop tools connected, you can choose an alias for the warehouse name that PULPO WMS will then use to transfer data to the integrated system.
Since users in PULPO are able to create sales orders containing specific serials, we added an extra validation to avoid errors and warn the user if the required serial is not in stock anymore.
