Cut plan setup time in half with Mapping Manager: Build a data mapping once and save it as a reusable template. Edit and reuse templates to drastically reduce plan setup time. Create a new mapping.

Automate Quota Attainment with Roll-Up Quotas: New Roll-Up Quotas automatically aggregate deal data from reps to accurately calculate quota attainment for plans dependent on team performance.

Manage Team Reassignments with Dynamic Teams: Easily reassign reps and managers to new teams and have quota credit automatically adjust based on set dates tied to that manager. Dynamic Teams keeps everything up-to-date when your org structure changes.

Distribute Accountability with Multi-level Approvals: Customize approval routing with steps for reps, managers, executives and finance. Give everyone visibility into progress toward final approval on the new Approvals page.

New Integrations with Salesforce, Xero and Microsoft Dynamics 365: We’ve connected to a new CRM and accounting software! If you integrate QuotaPath with Salesforce, now you can display approved earnings directly in your rep’s Salesforce view. Install the app on Salesforce AppExchange.

Easily track your QuotaPath users and their activity and connect to new data sources in HubSpot for expanded compensation support.

  • New Member Export with Dates & Activity: From the Members page, Admins can 'Export Member Data' for details on the user's profile, history, and activity.
  • Custom Object Support for HubSpot: Now data can be synced from custom objects in HubSpot to use for commission calculations or payouts eligibility.

It's easier now to use auto rate calculation for per number rates and amount per attainment point paths as well as getting help during trials.

  • Auto Rate Calculations on Amount per Attainment Point & Per-Number Rates - our auto rate calculations functionality has now been expanded to cover per-number rates and amount per attainment point path building options
  • New trial walkthrough video - during the trial period, you can mow watch a walkthrough video of the steps to get up and running successfully
  • New trial plan setup guide - during trails, we now display a Plan Setup Guide that shows the next steps for fully publishing a plan
  • Trial Setup Calls - during a trial, you can schedule a setup call from the top navigation

We've reduced clicks, added context, and provided more flexibility with our March enhancements across Plans with our March enhancements.

  • Draft Deals Enhancements - Edit, move to Closed Won or Pipeline and delete draft deals now to fully test all scenarios of your plans.
  • CRM ID added to Plans Performance - see the CRM ID and click to quickly access the record in your CRM on performance tab in Plans
  • Negative Rates in Multi-Rates Commission paths - you can now enter negative rates into commission tiers for multi-rate commission paths
  • Auto Rate Calculations All Time Period - add an option to calculate auto-rate calculations for all time periods at once - reducing clicks to update auto-rate calculations for all time periods

Improvements to draft plans, more data in reports, and even more this month.

  • Add a Draft Deal to Draft Plans - Validate draft plan set-up and calculations by adding a draft deal to preview earnings and attainment.
  • CRM ID & Path Earnings in Reports - Aggregate data by CRM ID to report on all earners on a record and sum earnings by path.
  • Additional Fields on Deal Details Page - View additional deal fields on the deal details page.

We have expanded the integration options available to connect to in your workspace. We have additional invoicing/ERP systems, data visualization systems, data warehouses, and new CRMs.

Here are all the systems you can now connect to in your workspace: Excel, multiple Google sheets, Smartsheet, Maxio Chargify, Maxio SaaSOptics, Netsuite, Snowflake, Tableau, BigQuery, Chargebee, Looker, JobAdder, and Keap.

Calculated Fields

You can now transform your data in your QuotaPath workspace! With our new and upgraded 2.0 self-serve integrations, you can access Calculated Fields. Using the data fields you’ve pulled from your integrations, quickly divide, multiply, add, or subtract fields to get monthly recurring revenue, annual contract total, and more.

Note: you can only calculate on demand using fields from a single integration. See our support team for assistance if you need more complicated formulas or formulas from different integrations.

With 2024 compensation plans being built and rolled out, now you can add descriptions, have more flexibility when building paths, and easily see all earners on the same record!

  • Plan & Path Descriptions - Provide more context for your reps on their compensation plans with text descriptions & include in plan verification documents
  • Hide Effective Rate - Toggle to hide effective rates on the Earnings page from workspace Preferences to help reps focus on key earnings insights
  • Attainment Tiers + Per Quantity Earnings Rate - Now when building paths you can mix quota attainment based tiers with per quantity payout rates, like per demo or meeting
  • Record Detail Page - Click the new hyperlinked CRM ID to view all deals and earners on the same CRM record

Additional Fields

Now you can add context to Deal and Payouts pages by adding additional fields from your integrated data. Map these fields to Plans and use them to speed up approvals and payouts. Need to check term length or region when approving earnings, no problem. You can add up to 20 additional fields and customize your Deals and Payout view with this data.
