Candidate Experience
SMS Opt-Out Handling – Implemented logic to prevent SMS from being sent to users who have opted out. If an SMS fails due to Twilio's 21610 error, the system will automatically mark the user as unsubscribed and prevent future SMS attempts.
NPO Experience
Limit Survey Responses to Assigned Candidates – Staff can now only view and respond to surveys for candidates associated with their organization, improving data accuracy.
Bug fix: ZIP Codes Not Showing Consistently – Fixed an issue where candidate ZIP codes were not appearing across different areas of the app, potentially affecting employer outreach and resource recommendations.
Mobile Version Updates – Cleaned up the mobile version of the staff experience, including hiding the homepage and improving the settings tab responsiveness.
Dashboard/Home: Duplicate Candidate Detection – Improved the candidate invitation process by detecting existing candidates in the system and offering options to chat or view their profile instead of creating duplicates.
