❌ Skilljar Actions–Deactivate Enrollment: Automatically deactivate course enrollments upon completion or post-completion actions, giving you greater control to ensure learners access only relevant content while maintaining access to related courses in a learning path.

• Enhanced VILT Instructor Access: Restrict VILT instructors to only see their assigned training events.
• New Date Filter for Historical CSV Backfills: Apply a date filter when downloading Salesforce backfill data.
• Theming Update: Add, edit, and reorder up to 5 customized header links directly from the dashboard.
• Consistent Groups Access: Apply Group-level restrictions consistently across the Skilljar dashboard, ensuring all fields, data tables, and pages align to defined access settings.
• Improved Student Navigation for ILT/VILT Sessions: Selected ILT/VILT sessions from the calendar stay visible through the checkout experience.

📧 Group Assignments Based on Multiple Email Domains: Add learners to designated groups by entering multiple email domains, streamlining group organization. This functionality is now available on the New Group and Edit Rules pages.

➕ Small Improvements & Fixes:

Search & Select in Promo Code Datatable: The promo code “offers” datatable has been updated to include search and select functionality, allowing you to easily find and apply the right offers when defining promo codes.

Monthly Training Reports Update: We have updated the "Active Students" table with the following.

• Merged students will be included in the Active Students Report.
• Merged records will display as "Merged Student" with their activity domains.
• Enhanced clarity in both the dashboard and CSV download formats.

Expanded Live Event Dataset: As a VILT admin, gain insights with new columns in your Live Event Analytics CSV download. New columns include:

• Total Seats: View the total number of seats available for each event.
• Domain: See which domains your attendees are coming from, especially useful for courses published across multiple domains.
• Waitlist Enabled: Quickly identify if an event has a waitlist with a simple "yes" or "no."
• Waitlist Count: Know exactly how many people are on the waitlist for each event.

🎨 Catalog Page Builder: A tool for creating custom pages using pre-made elements and low-code blocks for streamlined site design.

🔑 API Read-Only Keys: API keys limited to only allow Read or Get operations, enabling you to securely grant integration partners access to your Skilljar data.

✨ Custom Footer in Themes: A dedicated HTML block for admins to add custom footers on pages, course details, paths, and plans as part of ongoing improvements for a more maintainable theming experience.

• Monthly Training Report Metric: We are renaming the "New Students" metric on the Monthly Training Report to "New Domain Signups". This will distinguish it from the "New Students" metric on the Analytics Overview, helping you understand your data even better.

In addition to our classic catalog pages, Skilljar's new Builder Pages let you effortlessly customize and organize your academy's content with enhanced, code-free catalog creation.

• Customization: Utilize pre-made hero images, course tiles, low-code blocks, and more for quick and effective site design.
• Flexibility: Achieve your desired look and feel with HTML blocks. Switch between legacy and builder-style blocks as needed.
• Simplicity: Navigate the new Catalog Page Builder view with simplified actions to easily add, edit, and clone pages, along with intuitive tools and settings.

🔍 Proctoring Validation setting on Skilljar Lessons: You can now set Skilljar Quiz and other select lesson types to require validation by a proctor before the lesson will be marked complete.

➕ Content Syndication supports Seismic ( formerly Lessonly): Content syndication extends the reach of your content by embedding Skilljar courses into another LMS while retaining control and analytics. Seismic (Lessonly) now joins the list of supported LMSs along with Cornerstone, Litmos, and Bridge.

🏷️ Enhanced Label Management: You can now add, edit, delete, and bulk apply labels from one location, making it easier than ever for admins to find content.

🤝 Learn Experts Integration Improvements: LEAi is now able to export courses to Skilljar and automatically separate your content into lessons. All you have to do in Skilljar is review and publish!

This update makes updating sign up fields via API or token-based SSO more efficient than ever. You can now call the Skilljar API once to update ALL sign up fields for a student, significantly reducing the number of API calls being made.

🔍 Go Behind the Dashboard with Skilljar: Skilljar is always working behind the scenes to ensure your Academy is best-in-class. Check out our latest SCORM analytics enhancement, Group API update, and more. Little things can go a long way to improve your experience.

➕ New Salesforce Integration Settings: There are two new options on the Salesforce Integration page within the Skilljar dashboard! The first allows users to control what happens with a Linked Contact when there’s no match in Salesforce, and the second is the ability to enable or disable High Volume APIs, which could reduce API calls to Salesforce by more than 50%.

➕ Group Level Discount: Admins now have the ability to set specific percent discounts for different groups for all purchasable objects, enhancing flexibility and customization in pricing strategies. This also allows for both group discounts and promo codes, applying them sequentially for additional savings.

➕ Content Creation and Group Level Discount API Endpoints: Skilljar has made it possible to create courses and content without the need to log into the dashboard. For users utilizing Skilljar's API or 3rd-Party Content Management Systems, you'll be able to:

• Create and structure Courses, Lessons, and Lesson Content Items via API
• Assign Web Packages, Videos, and Quizzes to a Lesson via API

We've also introduced an API endpoint for managing group-level discounts, enabling automation and scalability in discount management.

🐛 Search Optimization: We've resolved an issue where lesson sections were mistakenly included in catalog searches. Now, you'll find your searches yield more relevant results, as lesson sections are no longer indexed.

🐛 Analytics Accuracy: Fixed a glitch affecting Course Completion metrics for filtered groups on our Analytics Overview page. Metrics now update correctly for groups, ensuring accurate reporting.

➕ SCORM Analytics Enhancement: We now have a Date filter on SCORM Analytics to streamline your data review! By default, this page now filters to show the last 30 days, improving loading times for large datasets. All-time data is still available for those needing a broader view.

➕ Scale Group Management with an Update to the Group API: When managing your Skilljar groups using our Group APIs, you can now associate your group categories with your Skilljar groups. Learn more about group categories here.
