Shared by Elva • July 20, 2023

Easily clear away shifts and activities from the schedule with one click. Just select which surfers and days of the schedule you want to clear and let Surfboard do the rest.

How it works

  • In week view, click the sweep icon 🧹
  • Select the surfers whose schedules you want to clear and the date range. You can clear up to one month of shifts at a time, including any activities that are scheduled within them.
  • Choose if you want to remove or keep any manually edited shifts. This is helpful to protect you from clearing away any edits you’ve made for shift swaps or surfer requests.
  • Hit clear shifts, and your schedule will be updated!

See who last published the schedule

Shared by Elva • July 13, 2023

Hi there,

Get an easy overview when the schedule was last published and by whom with the ‘last published’ tag. Stay in control and in the know.

Reduce the time spent messaging managers asking ‘who published the schedule’. The ‘last published’ tag gives you all the information you need to answer your daily questions.

How it works

When in the publish view, the ‘last published’ tag will tell you when the schedule you are currently viewing was last published. Hover over the tag to see a breakdown of:

  • What period of the schedule was published
  • Which manager published it
  • The time and date they published it
  • Which surfers schedules were published

The tag updates to show the relevant information for the week you’re currently looking at, so you can scroll to any week of the year and get a quick insight into how up-to-date this schedule is..
