How to Use Page Templates

1. Once you copy a page template from Marketplace, it will save in your Library.
2. Once added to your Library, you can crate a new page from a template.

Email is now a secondary option for Two-Factor Authentication when SMS is not available.

NEW: Save itineraries and days to your Library without the separate events cluttering your Library view.

What's new:

• 📂 Cleaner Library View: Now, when saving an itinerary or day to your Library, the separate events won't appear on your Library view. Instead, they will be collapsed within the itinerary or day block.

• ✏️ Quick Editing: Access and edit any event within an itinerary or day in your Library.

When you're ready to add the saved Library content to a trip, you can search your Library for the entire itinerary/day or specific events within them.

Now, when adding Viator tours to any Travefy trip, a Share With Client Link is automatically added which clients can use to book themselves, yet still earning you commission.

What's new:

• 🔗 Earn Commission Automatically: Add any Viator product to a Travefy Proposal or Itinerary, and a Share With Client Link is automatically added into the event. Bookings and commissions are tracked in your Viator Travel Agent account.
• 💻 Add Viator Account Information: In your Travefy settings, toggle on Viator and add your Viator Travel Agent account information. This will attach your account to the booking link that is created when adding products to your client's trips.

Set a default view when viewing the trip list in your Travefy account!

We heard your feedback and now you can set up a default view by saving filters to view your trip list!

What's New:

• ✨ Set a Default View: Choose the filtering you want to see when you first log into your Travefy account!
• 🗓️ Sort by Departure Date: Customize your view by sorting trip departure date to see currently traveling, upcoming, and/or past.
• 🗂️ Quickly Organize Trips: Use the filtering guide to view all trips and reset trip default views any time.

Please note, your default view will be set up with the specific device and browser you're working in.

Import any Project Expedition tours and products on any trip & earn commission! 💸

We're excited to expand on our partnership with Project Expedition to give Travefy users more options and flexibilities!

What's new:

• 🙌 Import Any Tour or Product, Anytime: Now, you can add Project Expedition products to any proposal or itinerary, even if it's not booked! This allows you to add as suggestions or ideas for your clients to book.
• 💸 Earn Easy Commission: When you add a tour/product to a trip that isn't booked, a commission-tracking URL will be embedded in the event. Once your client follows the link to book, you earn a commission from Project Expedition. Simple as that!

Now, when your clients view their itinerary while on a mobile device, they'll see a convenient notification encouraging them to download the Trip Plans mobile app.

Release Notes:

• 📱 Seamless Trip Viewing: Clients will no longer see an app option from a trip invite email, instead, they will just see an option to use the Trip Plans app once they open to view the itinerary.
• 📧 Magic Link Email: Clients can still access the "magic link" email when viewing the App option from a desktop computer.
