When creating a club release, simply select the wines you'd like to offer and specify the maximum number of bottles members can choose. Members will then enjoy the freedom to customize their shipment, while you maintain predictable revenue and inventory control. Why it matters:

UPS Carbon Neutral Shipping optionThere is a new option to offer Carbon Neutral shipping on UPS. This is great both for the environment and for your Brand goodwill. This requires the UPS integration update. Enhanced UPS Email NotificationsThis option gives UPS the added ability to send your customers email notifications directly, providing enhanced shipping updates such as Shipment Confirmation, In-Transit Notifications, and Delivery Confirmation and more. This requires the UPS integration update. 📨 Tracking Email EngagementGet the full picture of your member engagement. View a complete record of emails sent to each member, including opens and link clicks, right from their profile. Give your customers more flexibility by allowing them to ship their wine orders to a nearby UPS Access Point—such as grocery stores, postal centers, or neighborhood shops—for convenient pickup at their own schedule.
A new option is available in POS Settings: "Print Itemized Auth Receipt". This feature allows you to include all purchase details on the authorization receipt for obtaining guest signatures.
When toggled on, the system will print an itemized list of all purchased items, including quantities and prices, directly on the authorization receipt. This ensures clarity for your guests and provides a clear breakdown of their charges before they sign.
CRV fees and taxes now calculate accurately for bundles containing multiple products, including 2-packs of wine. For example, a 2-pack of wine will have the CRV fee applied to both bottles, ensuring the total reflects the correct amount.
You can now create multiple packages for a single large order. For example, if an order contains 14 bottles, you can split it into two packages. When you proceed to ship, the system will generate two shipping labels automatically, with all dimensions pre-filled for your convenience.
A new "Open Order Details" button has been added to the confirmation email sent to wineries when an order is placed. Staff can click it for quick, detailed access to the order.
There is now a specific button to toggle on if you want to extend member discount settings in the tasting room while simultaneously excluding discounts on wines by the glass.
The Orders > Report section now includes a categorized listing of items on the inventory tab. The items are grouped into categories such as wines, flights, and events. Items within each category are displayed alphabetically, with total counts provided for each category. Additionally, these categorized reports will also appear on the printed version of the page.
