Allow Members to Add Preferences on Club Sign-Up

With this new feature, a customer can add their preferences while signing up for your club. Let's say they only prefer red wines or don't love tannins, they have a section to do make that note for your staff.

Set Up A Flight Excluded From Free Member Benefits

New flight options. You can set up a new flight so it's excluded from member "free" benefits but you could still offer the option of member discounts. When entering the flight price, simply click on the 'Does Not Deplete Member Benefit' option.

UPS API Settings Update

With the newest update to our UPS integration, you can apply the following settings from your VinesOS Dashboard to always be checked:

  1. UPS carbon neutral - for a nominal fee, offset the environmental impact of your shipment.
  2. UPS add or modify email notifications - Alert customers about shipment tracking and delivery notices.

Bundles now require Adult Signature

We have set the adult signature requirement for bundle products. Now, when you ship bundles, those products will connect through to the carrier with an adult signature required.

New Wine Status: No Buy, No Price

We now have a new wine product status: "No Buy, No Price." This option allows you to display a product in the shop without making it available for sale. It will appear with all details visible except the Buy button and the price.

Flat-Rate Shipping on Bundles

You can now apply flat-rate shipping settings to bundle orders. The same product settings you've been using for individual wines can also be applied to bundles.

You can now edit multiple shipping addresses directly in a customer profile on the POS. Simply click into a customer profile and update new addresses or set new default addresses.

Import CSV files with Tracking Numbers on Orders

Our latest update introduces the ability to upload CSV files with tracking numbers on orders. Once the file is uploaded, the system will automatically recognize these orders as having the status 'shipped' unless otherwise specified before the import.

Select 'All' Option on the Monthly Reconciliation Reports

With the newest update to Reconciliation Reports, you can now select the 'All' button to conveniently check every date in the range you have specified. You can also now export all orders for easy reconciliation without viewing all first.
