We are introducing a powerful new feature in our CRM software that allows you to search multiple fields simultaneously, enabling you to run more effective campaigns with advanced segmentation. You can find this feature in Dashboard>CRM>Loyalty.

You can still easily search by customer type, loyalty status (top 5, 10, 15, 25%), and price. And with this new feature, you can now add fields for categories or varietals of their past purchases. You can create emails directly in VinesOS or seamlessly sync with your Mailchimp campaign. This means you can quickly and easily identify and target specific customer segments for better engagement and conversion rates.

You can now analyze your sales down to the unit. Export reports that show the total quantity and breakdown by bottle, glass, or flight. To access this feature, simply go to your Dashboard, click on Orders, and specify the date range you're interested in. From there, click on Report and then view Wine By Unit.

This new feature gives you greater insight into your sales and helps you make more informed decisions in your tasting room with regard to your inventory and pricing.

We now have a new feature with our custom tags built on the fly. Tags create filters making it easier for the consumer to shop, like 'Splurge Worthy' or 'Staff Favorites'. You can now set special pricing that overrides your regular event pricing. This feature provides an excellent opportunity to maximize your profit potential by charging more during high-demand times and days.

For example, if you have a repeat event that runs from Friday to Sunday, it may make sense to charge less on Friday and Sunday (e.g., $100 per ticket) and charge more on Saturday (e.g., $200 per ticket). By adjusting your pricing to match the demand for specific days, you can attract more attendees and increase your revenue.
