Accessing event details for new and returning ticket buyers just got simpler! A secure, one-time Magic Link now appears in Welcome and Ticket Order Confirmation/Approval emails. New ticket buyers can quickly set a password and access their event after placing their order; returning attendees can use the link to sign in and view details—no password entry needed.
You can now create Jobs without start/end times and assign registrants immediately. In Event Manager > Jobs > Job Details, leave dates blank or use the Reset buttons. The Event Portal will show “TBD (?)” (To Be Determined) instead of the Date & Time. This is useful when you do not yet know the date and time of the job, but still need to fill the job. When you later add or change the start and end date, you’ll be prompted to notify assignees.
Attendees assigned to Jobs will now get a secure one-time Magic Link in any Job Notification emails, so they can easily view secure job details without being required to enter a password. New attendees may be required to set a password if they have not already done so.
Resolved an issue that caused ticket order webhook exports to fail for free tickets. Webhooks now send. Configure via Event Manager → Event Setup → Integrations.
We fixed an issue that intermittently blocked Magic Link creation and registration/ticket confirmation emails, and password-reset emails. Registration, ticket purchase, and password-reset emails now include working Magic Links across all instances. This issue caused some delays in email delivery of confirmation emails as the email backlog recovered.
We’ve rolled out ClearEvent's new branding refresh across our entire platform—Event Portal, Event Manager App, email templates, help center & support chat messenger, and more! Now, all these areas feature our new ClearEvent logo and updated brand guidelines. Further updates will follow as we continue to roll this out across our platform and support materials.
You can now customize the invitation email’s CTA button label when adding a custom link—just head to Invite Details › Settings, enable “Include a custom link,” and set your own “Custom Link Label” (default: “More details”). This gives you full control over your invite’s button text—use “Register,” “Learn more,” or whatever fits your event!
We’ve updated the My Events List so that every event’s date range now includes the year. Previously, if the event happened in the current year, the application attempted to be helpful and not show unnecessary information like the year, however this caused confusion for some people. Now, you will see the full dates. So, instead of "Jun 15, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM ADT ", you will now see "Jun 15, 2025, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM ADT".
Quickly find and organize registration forms with new sort, filter, and search options. In the Event Manager, use dropdowns and a search box to browse by form status, dates, name, or registrant type. On the Event Portal > Register page, the right-aligned search bar helps attendees locate forms by name or description.
We’ve added the Notes field to the Ticket Order Export—so when you export orders from the Tickets tab, any notes you’ve added will appear right in the CSV.
