In the "Unanswered" section, you can now postpone your assisted follow-ups. Simply open the follow-up and click "Postpone" — it will automatically move back to the "Planned" section and reappear in "Unanswered" on the date you selected.

Il vous suffit d’ouvrir le suivi concerné et de cliquer sur « Reporter » : il retournera automatiquement dans la section « Planifié » et réapparaîtra dans la section « Non répondus » à la date déterminée.

You can now choose the exact time at which your follow-ups will be sent to patients. When scheduling the follow-up, simply select the sending time.

This new feature allows you to better tailor your follow-ups to your patients' preferences!
