Our new TikTok integration makes it easier than ever to sell tickets and promote your event.

By enabling TikTok discovery on your event you - and other users - can share your event link on TikTok posts turning every attendee into a promoter. Your event will also feature in TikTok’s event feed, helping you reach the right audience at the right time.

With secure in-app ticket purchases, attendees can buy tickets without ever leaving TikTok, streamlining the process and increasing conversions.

Whether you're looking to boost ticket sales, increase visibility, or create viral buzz, this integration is your key to unlocking powerful event marketing on TikTok.

All you need is a TikTok account and to enable TikTok discovery on your event information page.

Multi-page checkouts with secondary tickets

Hey there! We're launching another way to customise your checkout with secondary tickets!

Create a multi-page checkout and showcase your main 'entry' tickets on your primary page and 'supplementary' tickets on your secondary page like glamping, vehicle passes, additional experiences, or breakout events.

Secondary tickets work like add-ons but they are an excellent alternative to help sell your extras with all the functionality of ticket types such as discounts and on-the-day check-in.

Share a single, direct URL to your Collection or embed it straight onto your website!

This awesome new way to display your events allows you to group your events by location, date, category, or any other criteria you like.

Why have you introduced this chat bot?

​Peach allows hosts to find their answer with a great explanation in seconds, at all hours - no need to wait for the Humanitix support team!

Truthfully, we also get many questions from hosts where an answer is routinely found within our help guides. However, we understand this may not always be the best medium for some to learn.

Are you reducing Human support?

Never. We have a lovely (and growing) team of Humans ready to help you. As we grow, help from Peach means more time for our support team to be available for hosts needing that extra little bit of love when they need it.

Can I still speak with team member?

Absolutely, if Peach doesn't answer your question you can select talk to a person and be directed to one of our great team members.

We're helping Peach to learn constantly, so while there may be some initial hiccups, you'll likely see the quality of answers improve over time.

Hey there, Express Checkout is live!

Seamless sales in seconds for buyers paying with Apple Pay or Google Pay

If your event uses the Humanitix payment gateway, and does not require ticket buyers to include additional information (like choosing seats on a seating map, or answer questions about dietary requirements, for example), ticket buyers can choose to pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay to checkout in just 3 clicks.

By streamlining the ticket purchasing journey, express checkout minimises barriers for ticket buyers. This means they’re less likely to abandon the purchase, and sales are maximised. Sweet!
