You can now transform your data in your QuotaPath workspace! With our new and upgraded 2.0 self-serve integrations, you can access Calculated Fields. Using the data fields you’ve pulled from your integrations, quickly divide, multiply, add, or subtract fields to get monthly recurring revenue, annual contract total, and more.

Note: you can only calculate on demand using fields from a single integration. See our support team for assistance if you need more complicated formulas or formulas from different integrations.

With 2024 compensation plans being built and rolled out, now you can add descriptions, have more flexibility when building paths, and easily see all earners on the same record!

• Plan & Path Descriptions - Provide more context for your reps on their compensation plans with text descriptions & include in plan verification documents
• Hide Effective Rate - Toggle to hide effective rates on the Earnings page from workspace Preferences to help reps focus on key earnings insights
• Attainment Tiers + Per Quantity Earnings Rate - Now when building paths you can mix quota attainment based tiers with per quantity payout rates, like per demo or meeting
• Record Detail Page - Click the new hyperlinked CRM ID to view all deals and earners on the same CRM record

Now you can add context to Deal and Payouts pages by adding additional fields from your integrated data. Map these fields to Plans and use them to speed up approvals and payouts. Need to check term length or region when approving earnings, no problem. You can add up to 20 additional fields and customize your Deals and Payout view with this data.

Dynamically forecast your plan’s potential cost and revenue value based on attainment with Plan Performance Modeling.

• Easy-to-use sliders allow you to estimate earnings and revenue value based on different attainment levels for each path in your overall plan.

• Blended earnings rates for paths with different Attainment & Earnings fields - Now a blended, or proportional, earnings rate will be applied to deals that cross between tiers

Lock data on archived plans, export payroll-ready reports, and more easily set-up and manage integrations with November's feature enhancements.

• Archiving plans now pauses data syncing - plans that are archived will no longer have data syncs. This locks past plans from data changes, conserves API calls, and improves performance for active and draft plans.
• Employee IDs - create payroll-ready exports by bulk uploading employee IDs from the Members page. Once IDs are added, you can include them in Payouts exports.
• Path data mapping copy changes - more clear and concise copy in our path mapping wizard that provides clarity and best practices when mapping data and filtering.
• Sync error message improvements - we now include system logos in error messages to quickly identify the data source of the error.

In September, QuotaPath released a number of enhancements to improve workflows for building plans, validating data, and managing users. Here’s what you’ll see:

• Improved CRM backlinking - To streamline data validation, click to a deal in your CRM to edit or view data from the 'Source link' on the Deals page or deal details
• Increased table size - We've increased the number of records that can be viewed and actioned in tables to up to 500 or 1,000 to scale approvals, payouts and more
• Duplicate plans with assignees - Now you can choose to duplicate a plan with the plan assignees and plan effective dates making plan building more efficient
• Improved user management - For simplified user management, we've removed the option to suspend users, added the ability to reactivate users, and edit plan dates for archived users
