Building plans just became more manageable. Commission rates can now be calculated automatically when you build or edit a plan and path. As part of the path builder, we’ve added the ability to enable auto rate calculations and allow you to enter variable pay and multipliers that are then used with quotas to calculate commission rates. These can be entered at the path level and edited for each member of a plan.
Plus, now, with Plan Verification, you can choose to include Base Pay, Variable Pay, and On-Target Earnings as part of the verification process. Simply choose these options when requesting verification to provide your Reps with the full view of how they’re being compensated.

We've made a couple changes to Deals. You can now add two new columns in Deals that show what Plan and Paths are driving earnings on the deal. Exports from Deals will also include Plan and Path information.
You'll also see the "Approved" column frozen to the right hand side to make it easier to approve deals as you digest the information in the columns.
To add Plan and Paths to your Deals view, go to Deals, click the edit columns icon, and select plan and path.
We’ve released a new Home experience for Members and Managers. It gives you critical information about your commissions in one place. Home includes:
You now have one view that organizes all the relevant information around a seller’s earnings and payment including total earnings, owed and eligible payouts, deals closed, plans assigned and team membership
You can now apply a multiplier in our path builder to accelerate attainment for a path. The multiplier can include up to 6 decimal points and can be applied to both currency and number fields for maximum flexibility. Now, when you need to set up a quota retirement, deal split or accelerate points for a SDR, it’s simple.
You can also quickly identify when a multiplier impacts earnings - you’ll see a multiplier icon next to the deal amount in both the Earnings and Deals sections of your workspace.
