Whether users are importing a single policy or an entire book of business, importing into Swivel can support bulk uploads and ensures that your data is accurately mapped into the system.

Self-Service Product Imports

Users can now import both contacts and account and policy data directly into Swivel. Found on the Contacts, Leads, or Clients tab, the import template now includes the supported product fields to easily help guide users through this import process.

With our import mapping tool, it is easy to import both contact and product fields in one import and map them to the correct data points within Swivel. This helps users confirm that they are importing their data correctly.

Managing Workflows

Users with an Owner or Manager role can now manage workflows from the Workflows tab on the left side navigation. Previously located in Advanced Setup, users can now create, publish, and edit all existing workflows in their account. Workflows can also be filtered by Type, Status, Default Assignee, and more.

When creating new workflows, users are taken through a step by step wizard after selecting a workflow type. When creating new or managing workflow steps, users can drag and drop to reposition any steps within a given workflow.

Full Calendar Experience

In addition to the current “Upcoming Event and Appointments” dashboard widget, users are now able to view their full calendar from the Calendar Tab on the left side navigation. This implementation gives users a day, week, and month view where they can edit and view current and upcoming appointments and marketing events assigned to them.

Other Enhancements

  • Updated Upcoming Events and Appointments dashboard widget
  • Ability to assign a color to an appointment type from Edit/Create New Form
  • Change appointment type from Appointment Details slide out page

Hi there,

At Swivel we know how important it is to keep track of your day and the client information that goes along with it. So, we've created a calendar experience we think you will like.👇

Viewing Your Calendar

With the full calendar experience, we have enhanced how users view their events and appointments. While on the day view within the Calendar Tab, users can quickly see the appointment details including the appointment name, location, the contact(s) associated to the appointment (with a direct link to the Contact View), status, and link to view each contact's Swivel Summary. Users can also select any appointment from any view (day, week, or month) to open the Appointment Details slide out.

Managing Your Calendar

We get it, appointments are always changing - that's why we have made it easy to edit appointments and create new ones directly from Swivel. Users can either drag and drop appointments or select "Edit" from the Appointment Details slide out to move an appointment date or time. To create a new appointment, users can either select the "New Appointment" button or select an open time slot on their calendar.
