You can now easily show customers what wines you are pouring by displaying a QR code on your bar or tables. Simply click to include the wine on the daily tasting menu, and it will be included. Your customers can read the wine tasting notes and add to their order to build what they want.

Your customers have been dreaming about coming in for a tasting or for your special event all week! Now you can check them in more quickly with our built-in QR codes, which are enabled to display on the email confirmation.

When you add a customer to the POS and then click on their name, in their profile area, you will now see convenient links for Past Orders and Recommended Wines.

You can now search for a customer in the POS by their phone number. When you click the 'Customers' button, type the phone number in the search field. The filter works with and without formatting, so you don't need to worry about including spaces, dashes, or parentheses.

The Staff name now appears on the Order when open.

Pour your customer's favorites! 🙌. Now you can get customized recommendations for your customers when they are on site, by seeing recommended wines based on their past purchases, including an element for seasonality (ie reds in winter, whites in summer). Personalize your customer's tasting experience.

Saved Shipping Addresses for multiple recipients are now available on member checkout online and for POS checkout. This means you can create address books for members and send orders to saved addresses. Ask us to enable it for you!

After a member cancels, the REF CODE on Revel will no longer show the club name. This could be confusing to some staff, thinking the member is still active, even though they were not in the Customer Group anymore.

A multi-select checkbox option has been added in the Member Type dropdown field within the Members page top filter. So, for example, if you want to find all members from two or more clubs, you can now do so by checking the appropriate boxes. Also added is an 'All' option.

A note field has been added to the Checkout page for guests and customers to add a custom note regarding their order or event registration. The note field shows in the order record and is included in a dedicated column on the Orders List page. The note is also included in the order notification that is sent to both the customer and admin.
