The new setting on Flights of 'Include Any' allows the staff to track and pour any number of tastes for a customer. This is different than a traditional flight, and can be used for tracking pours, samples or non-member benefits.

These member tastings can be set to not count as a member benefit flight but will still pull accurately from inventory. For example, one of your VIP customers asks for an extra taste of your cab, or the owner's friend drops by and wants a splash of 3 faves. Simply ring it in, for free, and it will deplete from inventory but not count as the member flight. Our reservations system now has a setting to ensure staff members are compensated for their efforts and receive a predetermined percent gratuity. The tip will automatically appear on checkout as an included line item.
This setting appears as an option while creating and editing the event. Simply click on Event Content, then scroll down to Event Ticket settings, and enter a percentage amount in Tips Included section.
