You can now send POS orders to the kitchen or bar staff for prep. This feature accommodates tasting rooms that are becoming more experienced-based with full kitchens. Additionally, you can route orders with different items to distinct prep areas; for example, send flights or glasses to the bar printer and pizza or charcuterie boards to the kitchen printer.
Our reservations system now has a setting to ensure staff members are compensated for their efforts and receive a predetermined percent gratuity. The tip will automatically appear on checkout as an included line item.
This setting appears as an option while creating and editing the event. Simply click on Event Content, then scroll down to Event Ticket settings, and enter a percentage amount in Tips Included section.
Your serving staff has never been able to cash out so seamlessly. Each waiter can click from Recent Orders to My Tips in the POS Dashboard to see the total they earned for that given day. This tip summary gives them a quick view of their success and helps them see their total daily tips earned.
