Batch Process Partial Refunds

For issuing Partial Refunds, there is now an Order Type filter called 'Refund Required' which you can use to filter out any orders that have been customized on Revel or VinesOS (through the POS or Customize Order feature).

To further improve efficiency, we have introduced the 'Bulk Refund' button at the bottom of the Orders window. This new functionality allows you to process multiple partial refunds simultaneously, simplifying the refund management process.

** Attention Revel users: It is essential to complete and authorize a partial refund by logging into the VinesOS platform. This additional measure aims to prevent unintended full refunds that may arise due to the automated system's interaction between the two software platforms.

Print QR Codes For ALL Products

QR codes are now available for ALL products in your VinesOS Dashboard (beer, spirits, etc), not just wine specific.

QR codes are a great way to give consumers instant access to a comprehensive description of your product. Print for the label, tasting room, or necker on the bottle. Utilizing this technology also allows you to keep up with the dynamic nature of the alcoholic beverage industry and give real-time product updates.

Comp Tastings With Bottle Purchases

Encourage customers to increase their order size in your tasting room. If they purchase a certain number of bottles, you can comp tastings with the ease of pressing a single button at checkout. Customers love the incentive, and you'll receive the benefit of more profit.

Unit Size Now Available As A Shop Filter

Customers now have the ability to access the unit size information through the left-sidebar navigation on your main shop page. This feature provides an excellent opportunity for consumers to discover unique offerings such as cost-effective liters, exclusive magnum releases, or potentially smaller half bottles/splits. Additionally, they can see which products are only available in the traditional 750ml bottle size.

To ensure your customers see size as a filter in your shop, populate this field when entering your product information.

Bi-Monthly Member Benefit Setting Now Available

Member benefit settings, such as free complimentary tastings, are a great way to encourage loyalty. You can set these benefits to be applied to members on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. We have even greater flexibility now. You can set up these member benefits with a bi-monthly frequency.

With this new setting, you can set a flat rate member price of, say, $10, for every glass of wine. The new setting on Flights of 'Include Any' allows the staff to track and pour any number of tastes for a customer. This is different than a traditional flight, and can be used for tracking pours, samples or non-member benefits.

Free Member Tastings That Don't Deplete Member Benefits

Give staff the option to offer members an “under the radar” free splash or taste without using the precious 'Member benefit' flight. These member tastings can be set to not count as a member benefit flight but will still pull accurately from inventory. For example, one of your VIP customers asks for an extra taste of your cab, or the owner's friend drops by and wants a splash of 3 faves. Simply ring it in, for free, and it will deplete from inventory but not count as the member flight. These settings give the flexibility to deliver exceptional customer service to valued members while maintaining accurate inventory control.

Unlock the full potential of coupons! Enhance your promotional strategy by leveraging the flexibility of coupon settings. In addition to applying a coupon for minimums on products (quantity or dollar value), you can now establish an order minimum to qualify for free shipping along with the coupon. For instance, you'd like to offer an enticing 10% coupon discount to customers; however, to receive free shipping you can ensure they purchase at least 3 bottles for that additional benefit.
