Unlock the full potential of coupons! Enhance your promotional strategy by leveraging the flexibility of coupon settings. In addition to applying a coupon for minimums on products (quantity or dollar value), you can now establish an order minimum to qualify for free shipping along with the coupon. For instance, you'd like to offer an enticing 10% coupon discount to customers; however, to receive free shipping you can ensure they purchase at least 3 bottles for that additional benefit.

It's now easier than ever to see when an order is opened on the POS that it is a club order. The club batch name now shows on the order, so the staff can see what club release the order was from as well.

Kitchen Printers

You can now send POS orders to the kitchen or bar staff for prep. This feature accommodates tasting rooms that are becoming more experienced-based with full kitchens. Additionally, you can route orders with different items to distinct prep areas; for example, send flights or glasses to the bar printer and pizza or charcuterie boards to the kitchen printer.

Tips Included on Event Reservations

Our reservations system now has a setting to ensure staff members are compensated for their efforts and receive a predetermined percent gratuity. The tip will automatically appear on checkout as an included line item.

This setting appears as an option while creating and editing the event. Simply click on Event Content, then scroll down to Event Ticket settings, and enter a percentage amount in Tips Included section.

Serving Staff Tip Summary Now Available

Your serving staff has never been able to cash out so seamlessly. Each waiter can click from Recent Orders to My Tips in the POS Dashboard to see the total they earned for that given day. This tip summary gives them a quick view of their success and helps them see their total daily tips earned.

All of your customers now have the option to create an account with you.

Frictionless Checkout. Give customers the opportunity to create an account, so they can quickly checkout in the future. Their name, address, phone number, and the option to store credit cards will be saved for faster checkout.

Personalization and Loyalty Building. Upon future login, customers will be greeted by name in their Dashboard and will receive tailored product suggestions based on their purchase history. They can also view any recurring subscriptions they have with your business and review their entire order history. Lastly, they will have easy ways to join your clubs directly from their personal Dashboard.

Hold Orders With Pre-Authorization of Credit Cards

Streamline operations and enhance customer experiences with the ability to pre-authorize credit cards told hold orders.

  1. Reduce the risk of lost payments: In a fast-paced and busy tasting room, it's essential to be able to run a tab for a customer and continuously add items during their visit. Pre-authorization resolves any concern of a customer accidentally walking out without paying first or the staff forgetting to close the tab.
  2. Improved Customer Experience: Rather than repeatedly asking your customers to provide payment information for each additional item added to an order, you can securely open a tab with the easy swipe of a card, to complete the final payment later.
  3. Increase Speed at Checkout: When it's time to check out, all items on a tab will close out to the pre-authorized card provided. This reduces the chances of errors and saves time for your staff.
