You now have the option to automatically record and upload interviews from sessions scheduled through Optimal. When selected, the Optimal Recorder will join your meetings and help to record, transcribe, and upload your interviews to be included in automatic insights, summary, and highlight reels.
The Optimal Recorder works with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
To turn automatic recording on, go to the Details section of your scheduler editor.
If you do not yet have access, please reach out to your admin to enable under Workspace Settings > Features.

The new Interviews Scheduler lets you to set up your availability and invite participants to book in sessions directly to save you time and streamline your workflow.

When you create a new Interviews study, you'll be directed to the Setup tab. There, you can proceed to upload videos via the Privacy tab or click on the Recordings section under Results to get started.
You can now find Insights, Chat, and Recordings under the Results section.
