This allows users to flag/remove offensive media that they receive through text messages
Overview:
We have received customer requests to allow for the removal of attachments in text thread due to offensive things sometimes being sent. Additionally this is helpful to remove PII data. This is now possible through a user action in the thread.
How it works:
At the top of a received attachment there is now the option to hide the content. Hiding the content will impact all users in the organization. After clicking the button the user will be shown a modal to confirm the action. See examples below.
Once the attachment is hidden it can NOT be brought back by the user. They will have to reach out to Grayscale support to regain access to the content. In the place of the attachment the below message will be displayed. The number at the end of the message is an ID to help support relocate the attachment if its needed.
The talent pool has been enhanced to improve candidate management.
Overview:
The new talent pool now shows in place of prospects as “Talent Pool BETA”. This new talent pool uses the new table pattern showing the user significantly more information and allowing for customization through the use of column management. In addition to the table changes filers have been overhauled to enable the creation of segments.
How it Works:
Table Changes
Segments & Filters
Overview:
Segments allow users to save filter selections for quick access later and for use by other people in the org. These segments will also soon be available for use in bulk messages and automations allowing specific groups of people to be more carefully targeted.
Filter Management - Users can now control what filter options they want to see at the top of the table by clicking on the manage pill on the far right. In the drop down users can toggle filters on and off.
Filter Improvements - Where relevant filters now support “Exclude” meaning that user can chose the things they do NOT want to see in the results.
Filter Overflow - If there are more filters than will fit at the top of the table a scroll bar and arrow will appear.
Segment Creation / Saving Segments - To create a segment make selections in the filters at the top of the table. There will be a green check mark in each filter that is active. When a least one filter is active a (+) button will show next to the select segment pill. Clicking this button will allow the user to save a new segment. UI will open in the slide out panel. Alternately, a new segment can be created by clicking on the new segment button at top of the select segment slide out
Editing / Modifying Segments - Users can edit segments through the select segment slide out by clicking the 3 dots menu and choosing edit segment. Click select segment pill at the top of the table —> find the segment you want to edit —> click the 3 dots icons and select “edit segment”
Segment Visibility - When a segment is created its visibility can be set to “Only me” or “Everyone”. This selection is required when creating a new segment and can be modified through the editing flow.
Segment Slide Out - The segment slide out is used when selecting an existing segment, creating a new segment, or editing a segment.
The segment functionality from the talent pool is being added to hiring hub. This will enable users to dynamically group jobs so that they can be targeted with automations and bulk messages.
