Updates In Lever360

This release focuses on email reliability, Kanban board consistency, and targeted quality-of-life improvements across web and mobile. The changes below address specific issues that could affect visibility, loading behavior, or data accuracy—especially when working with emails, Kanban workflows, and integrations.

Several internal improvements were also made to support more reliable behavior under heavier usage, without changing core workflows.


Web Updates

Email Reliability & Visibility

  • Emails sent from the mobile app while offline are now queued and sent automatically once connectivity is restored.
  • Job-related emails are now visible even if the user is not currently connected to Gmail or Outlook.
  • The email list now supports pagination, making long email histories easier to load and navigate.
  • The email table has been updated to match the layout used in billing tables for consistency.
  • A new From column and clearer send-status indicators have been added to the email list.
  • Emails that fail to send are now clearly marked and disabled to prevent confusion.

Microsoft & Google Email Integration

  • Improved handling when Microsoft or Google email permissions expire, including clearer messages in the UI.
  • Email tokens now refresh automatically in the background when possible.
  • If user action is required, a banner is displayed with a direct link to Email Settings.

Kanban Board Improvements

  • Jobs now remain visible in the correct columns after status changes, including drag-and-drop updates.
  • The Kanban board now refreshes after job status changes without resetting active filters.
  • Closed-state columns now calculate date ranges consistently up to the current date.
  • Kanban loading behavior has been updated to use job-count-based loading (10 / 25 / 50 jobs) instead of date-based loading.
  • Search by Job ID has been added to the Kanban board.

Calls & Communication

  • A new Cancelled status has been added to call logs for improved tracking.
  • Active jobs now appear more consistently in dropdowns where expected.

Additional Fixes & Stability

  • Resolved issues where jobs disappeared from Kanban columns after using Show More while in closed type status
  • Fixed incorrect date calculations when switching Kanban date filters.
  • Addressed email-related UI issues, including missing loaders, incorrect empty states, and failed sends.
  • Fixed estimate PDF generation errors.
  • Resolved cases where totals displayed as $0.00 under specific conditions.
  • Improved table loading behavior to prevent flickering or misplaced empty states.
  • Internal performance and reliability improvements related to email handling and data loading.

Mobile Updates

Email & Messaging

  • Improved how emails are saved and synced on mobile.
  • Mobile now uses the same email handling logic as the web platform.
  • Users can now send Invoice and Estimate PDFs directly from the mobile app.
  • SMS sending now uses the same delivery method as web for consistency.
  • After sending an SMS, the app no longer blocks the screen with a full-screen loader.

Tasks & Scheduling

  • Tasks can now be sorted by Due Date.
  • The End Date field has been renamed to Due Date for clarity.
  • Overdue tasks are now displayed with bold red due dates for better visibility.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed cases where closed jobs did not appear correctly on the Kanban board.
  • Resolved SMS timeout issues.
  • Fixed missing custom email templates on mobile.
  • Improved time accuracy in form footers based on the user’s local device.

Updates In Lever360

This month we gave Lever360 a voice (well, technically, a text bubble 🗨️). You can now send and manage text messages directly inside the platform (pending A2P 10DLC compliance), with live notifications, unread counts, and sleek UI that ties conversations to jobs and contacts. In addition, job reports, billing, and equipment workflows got sharper, while mobile picked up billing functionality and photo upgrades. Simply put—whether you’re chatting, invoicing, or snapping pics, Lever360 just got way more convenient.

We have another update being released today and we will send the release notes for it next week. Even more improvements have been made!

Focused development resolving and improving on bugs, issues, and requests reported by users and internal team. The following items can be found included in release:


WEB

New Features & Enhancements

Note: You may notice some SMS-related features available in the platform. These are currently in a supervised rollout phase as we work through A2P 10DLC compliance requirements. Each company will need to complete an A2P 10DLC compliance application to send SMS text messages. While the interface is visible, certain texting capabilities may not be fully functional yet. We’ll notify you as soon as these features are officially ready for use.

Phone system upgrades:

Conversations are now integrated with calls, plus updated referral logic and clearer call logs.

  • Number purchase is now available, so you can provision new phone numbers directly in Lever360.
  • You can change linkages for non-my call logs, giving more flexibility in assigning calls.
  • Most importantly: the double call issue should now be fixed. Please test this on your devices—outgoing calls may still briefly play the bot, but that will be removed with the upcoming timecard approval deployment.
  • Active call modals were refreshed for a cleaner, more intuitive experience.
  • Addressed Twilio call stability issues that affected a few specific edge cases. Continue to work on edge cases.

Smarter job management:

  • Drag and drop job statuses to reorder them however you like.
  • Job reports got a facelift—cleaner columns, updated design, and improved back-end logic.
  • Referrals now tie neatly into Twilio numbers for a smoother workflow.
  • Fractional line items in estimates now display correctly.
  • Dates of loss now show on forms without unnecessary time stamps.
  • QuickBooks sync now ignores accidental extra spaces in records.

Tax management upgrades:

  • Added a “Tax” checkbox to Scope Line Items and Settings → Scope Line Items add/edit modals. Each revenue or estimate scope item can now be taxed individually. Added a Sales Tax field to Scope Line Items for full transparency.
  • New columns and calculations have been added to the Revenue-Estimate Scope Details page.

Billing & payments:

  • The “To” field in email modals now autofills from customer emails and lets you pick from your contact list for To/CC—no more copy-pasting.
  • You can now delete or edit payments made with Credit Card via Stripe.
  • Stripe improvement: an automatic email notification now sends to the Collector and Project Manager on a job whenever a Stripe payment is collected.

Reporting tweaks:

  • Fractional line items in estimates now display correctly.
  • Dates of loss now show on Forms without unnecessary times.
  • Data syncing to QuickBooks ignores accidental extra spaces.

Performance polish:

  • General speed improvements across Contacts, Companies, Related Contacts, Job List, Job Details, Call Logs, and Text Messages.

Performance polish:

  • Tax statuses now sort numerically after strings for easier browsing.
  • Users now hear full voicemail greetings when calls forward, with a cleaner ringback tone.
  • Fixed sorting and stability in the Tasks and Schedule Resource Grid pages.

Other Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where pictures uploaded offline didn’t appear in the Picture Report after syncing.
  • Resolved various reporting glitches and job status issues.
  • Squashed multiple Twilio SMS bugs across both front-end and back-end.
  • Corrected a typo in the Jobs Report.

MOBILE

Main Updates:

  • Mobile billing upgrade: Billing logic now runs directly on mobile with a refreshed UI, so you can handle charges without relying on the server.
  • Texting on the go: Twilio SMS is now fully supported in the mobile app, connected to the new back-end.
  • Picture grid refresh: Browsing your job photos is faster and easier thanks to a redesigned picture grid.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed slow picture uploads in dryout logs—your photos should now save quickly and reliably.

Stay informed when payments are processed.

We’ve added a new automation for Stripe payments in Lever360!
Whenever a payment is processed on a job, an email notification will now be sent to the assigned Project Manager and/or Collector.

This ensures your team is instantly aware when payments are received — keeping cash flow transparent and communication timely.

To receive notifications, confirm your Preferred Email is set under:
Settings → User Settings → Preferred Email (right-hand side)

Summer might be winding down, but Lever360 is heating up with a wave of improvements that make payments smarter, job management easier, and system navigation smoother. This release includes better tax handling, stronger payment tools, improved call and communication options, and fixes that make your daily workflow a lot less bumpy. Let’s dig in!

WEB

Here’s what’s new on the web platform:

New Features & Enhancements

  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Billing tab -> Revenue – Estimate section -> Revenue - Estimate Items -> Revenue – Multi-Line Details: We have moved the taxable checkbox for multi-scope line items to the line items detail screen so that you can get more granular with you sales tax needs. This will carry up to consolidated line items on your invoices for taxable and non-taxable line items.
  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Billing tab -> Payments: Payment tracking is clearer—payment method and status are now shown separately, and Stripe payments display as “Stripe” for full transparency. Yes, you can accept Credit Cards directly in Lever360, now!
  • Settings -> Company Settings -> Twilio: Multi-forwarding and pagination were added to the call and phone system, making large call logs easier to navigate.
  • Job Detail > Equipment tab: This section now allows proper editing of equipment sets and pull times.
  • The Sign Now page is now mobile responsive, with scrolling support for previewing PDFs.
  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Billing tab: Added smarter logging: if QuickBooks isn’t integrated, invoice and payment log history won’t just vanish—it’ll display correctly.
  • All sections: Tabs now automatically rename themselves to match the page you’re on for better navigation.
  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Billing tab -> Invoice enviroment for payments: The Pay Now page includes a back button after entering amounts, so you can fix mistakes without starting over.
  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Billing tab -> Credit Memo Section: New “Memo” fields let you add context when creating payments or credit memos.
  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Billing tab -> Invoice: The Invoice table now shows an open balance column alongside totals.
  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Rooms Tab: Rooms in lists are now sorted alphabetically for easier searching.
  • Jobs: Clicking a job name from the Job Board now opens it in a new tab for faster multitasking.
  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Billing tab -> Invoice Section: A new arrow in the Invoice Details page lets you expand multi-items and see all included scopes.
  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Billing tab -> Invoice Section: When an invoice is created for a revenue, its status now automatically updates to Contracted.
  • Phone System section if Twilio is connected: Twilio SMS integration is live for inbound text messaging. If you have an inbound text message, you can see it in the buttons next to “Phone System”
  • Equipment management improvements:
  • Added a confirmation pop-up if you try to add equipment that already exists elsewhere.
  • Introduced new equipment logic to simplify setup and reduce errors.
  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Contacts: Customer and contact links now update jobs consistently, ensuring the Customer Details section matches what’s in Contacts.
  • Settings -> Company Settings -> Twilio: Phone numbers are now formatted in standard U.S. style and sorted numerically for easier editing.
  • Home Page: The Call and Text buttons now appear in the sidebar for all users (with disabled state if not available).
  • Phone System (If you have the Twilio connection active): My Call Log tab is here—so you can track your own calls directly in Lever360.
  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Billing tab -> Payments: You can now generate and send receipts for system-created payments.
  • Several quality-of-life improvements to phone call modals, search, and keypads for smoother Twilio calling.
  • Left Side Menu: Unread message counter - You’ll now see how many messages you haven’t opened yet—making it easy to spot what needs your attention.
  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Billing tab -> Payments: New payment option - ACH payments are now supported through our integration with Stripe.
  • Phone System section if Twilio is connected: Improved voicemail & call flow - Users will now hear the entire voicemail greeting when calls are forwarded, and we changed the annoying music to rings per customer demand!
  • Job Details -> Billing Tab : Smarter QuickBooks sync - If a job is pushed to QuickBooks with a company but no contact, the system now uses the company name automatically to prevent confusion.
  • Routes -> Route Details: You can now remove companies directly from Route Details, keeping your routes clean and relevant.

Bug Fixes

  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Billing tab -> Invoice Details: Fixed a glitch where a Stripe-integrated Collect Now button incorrectly displayed a toast on hover.
  • Company Settings → Resource Setup: Resolved an issue where deleted resources still showed up in dropdowns and settings.
  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Billing tab -> Invoice Section: Fixed invoice email attachment issues when selecting Attach Invoice.
  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Billing tab -> Invoice Section: Corrected multi-item invoice totals on Pay Now—the system no longer assumes 100% amounts.
  • Job Details -> Contacts Tab: Disabled “Add Customer to Contact” button after first click to prevent duplicates.
  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Billing tab -> Invoice Section: Fixed incorrect row displays when repeatedly adding items in invoices.
  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Billing tab -> Invoice Section: Taxable scope items now properly display in the Invoice Details modal.
  • Equipment Section: Equipment with pulled times now correctly shows up in transfer lists.
  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Billing tab -> Invoice Section: Invoices now include separate buttons for taxable and non-taxable multi-items, making edits much clearer.
  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Billing tab -> Invoice Section: Fixed the broken edit page for items and multi-items in invoices.
  • Jobs -> Jobs Details -> Billing tab -> Invoice Section: Corrected rounding errors in multi-item invoices that sometimes showed a strange “-0.01.”

We’re loading up Lever360 with performance boosts, cleaner visuals, and a handful of helpful fixes! This release focuses on better login speed, clearer connections between tasks and jobs, and improvements in the mobile experience—especially around dryout logs and job creation. Let’s dive into what’s new this week!

WEB

Here’s what’s new on the web platform:

New Features & Enhancements

  • Added a setting to control call wait time before timeout
  • Built skeleton templates for invoice, revenue, payment, and credit memo pages
  • Optimized backend login requests to reduce wait time on logins

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the “Job” field appeared empty when creating a task from the Job Details page, but still connected correctly after creation
  • Ensured that when creating an appointment from a Task that’s linked to a Job, the job info now autofills properly
  • Speed Optimization
  • Dev. Team continues to work on optimizing the load speed of lists and jobs. The latest update includes a speed boost in job load time. More to come!

MOBILE

Here’s what’s improved on mobile:

New Features & Enhancements

  • Implemented CRM search for Job Customer fields, allowing you to quickly add existing contacts and companies as job customers!
  • Improved how dry out log data transfers across rooms and days, including atmosphere readings and moisture points
  • Sorted insurance companies alphabetically when creating/editing a job to simplify the process
  • Introduced a new “capture room” feature to help streamline room dimension capture
  • Sped up login, job list, and job detail loading times for a much smoother experience

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an infinite loading loop on login when entering an incorrect password
  • Resolved Face ID issues on iOS for smoother authentication
  • Fixed the grain depression calculation on additional atmospheric readings while view in app
  • Removed “Debug” from the app name
  • Adjusted the appearance of “Unaffected - Pictures” so it no longer looks like a placeholder
  • Fixed: Form signing - form preview showing cached data

Minor Mobile Fixes:

  • Fixed error when job is being edited and no routes exists
  • Select contact address on job now displays title
  • Auto apply newly created contact/company when created in job customer field
  • Fixed display issue where company as customer does not show on job card in my jobs
  • Fixed job bulk edit > update address > now applies as expected
