My Timecards comes to mobile, plus customer name search on the Job List and a round of platform and web refinements.

This release brings full timecard management to the mobile app, adds customer name search to the Job List, and includes a set of refinements across web and mobile. Here's everything that's new.

My Timecards — Now on Mobile

Your team can now manage timecards directly from the Lever360 mobile app, with the same capabilities available on web. No more waiting to get back to a computer to view time for the week.

From the mobile menu, employees can now:

  • Select a week and view their list of timecards
  • Edit an existing timecard
  • Submit timecards for approval
  • Jump straight to the related job from any timecard

Timecard status is shown at a glance (Not Submitted / Submitted), and everything stays in sync with the web version automatically. (LD-418)

For a full step-by-step walkthrough, see the help guide: My Timecards in the Lever360 Mobile App

General Platform Improvements

  • Customer Name Search on the Job List — You can now search the Job List by customer name, making it faster to find the exact job you're looking for. (LD-536)
  • Faster, more efficient performance — We refined the platform's underlying database indexing to keep things running smoothly and efficiently as your data grows. (LD-525)
  • Clearer Select All confirmation on timecards — When submitting timecards using Select All, the confirmation message now clearly states that all timecards will be submitted, so the action you're confirming is always accurate. (LD-568)

Web Improvements

  • Updated Job Profit labels — On Job Details → Billings, the Job Profit table labels have been refined for clarity: "Labor Cost" now reads "Labor" and "Material Cost" now reads "Cost." Sale Amount and Gross Profit are unchanged. (LD-551)
  • Improved dropdown and selector behavior on create forms — On web create forms, dropdown and entity selector arrows (such as Assignee, Company, and Contact) now respond to a direct click. The list opens whether you click the field or the arrow itself. (LD-566)

Mobile Improvements

  • Clearer photo and camera permission guidance — When the app needs access to your camera or photo library to upload photos, it now displays clear, persistent guidance to enable full access in your device Settings. The reminder disappears automatically once access is granted. (LD-567)

A reimagined Dry Log Report powered by our new server-side report engine, plus a wave of refinements across QuickBooks, scheduling, reports, and mobile.

This release brings one of the biggest improvements to our reporting engine yet — the Dry Log Report is now generated entirely server-side, freeing up your browser and unlocking a clean, branded, insurance-ready dry log document. FYI, more reports to come to the updated report builder engine! Alongside that, we've tightened QuickBooks integration, refined report headers, added customizable column views on Revenue, expanded mobile contact handling, and rolled out a long list of polish across both web and mobile.

Note on mobile: The mobile portion of this release is pending App Store and Google Play approval. You'll be prompted to update once available.

Featured: The New Dry Log Report

The Dry Log Report has been completely rebuilt and now generates on the backend through our new server-side report engine. This means no more browser slowdown on large jobs, and a clean / professional document every time. In addition, we have compressed the overall report to make it easier for you to email. Even large reports with lots of pictures are now generated in a size that is easier to share.

What's included in the report:

  • Fully updated design with a cover page
  • Updated company info header
  • Table of Contents
  • Reduced file size
  • Per-room atmospheric readings (Temp, RH, Grain Depression, GPP, VP, Dew Point, drying day, user)
  • Per-room moisture points (location, material, dry goal, meter type/scale, drying day, user)
  • Point Location Reference section with reference images
  • Logs, pictures, and notes with album, room, date, and description
  • Page-numbered footer with generation timestamp and generating user
  • Hyperlinked images for enlarged view when read in digital format

How to get started

Open any job with Dry Log data points → Reports → Dry Log Report

Platform Improvements

Schedule Filtering by Resources and Statuses

Filter the schedule view by assigned resources and job statuses to focus on exactly the work that matters. (LD-494)

QuickBooks Integration Stability

The QuickBooks connection now holds steady between sessions. (LD-229)

QuickBooks P&L now includes Cost of Goods Sold

The Profit & Loss view now displays all relevant accounts, including Income, Other Income, Bank, A/R, Other Current Assets, Fixed Assets, Cost of Goods Sold, Expenses, Other Expense, A/P, and Liabilities. (LD-347)

QuickBooks P&L Profitability — full account hierarchy support

Sub-accounts now map to the correct columns and totals, matching the parent/child structure in your QuickBooks Chart of Accounts. (LD-503)

Picture Report header refined

The header now leads with company name, company info, and logo, followed by the job number and name. Customer phone and email no longer appear in the header for a cleaner, more accurate document. (LD-509)

Backend report headers — company logo and address layout

Company logo and address are now positioned consistently across backend-generated reports. (LD-514)

Dry Log album photos in Room tab pictures

Photos assigned to the Dry Log album now display correctly in the Room tab pictures view, and the Filter by Album dropdown now includes them. (LD-242)

Web Improvements

Estimates without descriptions can now be emailed

Emailing an estimate now works reliably whether or not a description has been added. (LD-225)

Account Rep field clears cleanly

Clearing the Account Rep on a Company Detail record now saves an empty value as expected. (LD-447)

Purchase Order table redesigned on Job Billing

Columns now compress for easier reading, item descriptions display on the first line with full details on hover, and totals (Budget, Total, Paid) now show at the bottom. (LD-468)

Customizable columns for Revenue → Estimate Scope Details

Add, remove, reorder, and resize columns, and save sorting and filters per user. Preferences persist across sessions, devices, and browsers, with a Reset to Default option. (LD-469)

"Add Address" from Site Address → Select From Contact now saves to the Contact record

Addresses added during Job creation are now linked back to the Contact and available for future selection, matching Company behavior. (LD-478)

US phone number format in reports and print views

Phone numbers now display consistently as (123) 123-1234 in Job Details, Contacts, Work Request, and Company Print outputs. (LD-484)

Mobile Improvements

Phone extension support

Phone extensions are now visible on Contact, Company, and Job phone number fields, matching desktop. (LD-228)

"Add Address" from Job Site Address → Select From Contact now saves to the Contact record

Mobile now matches the web flow: addresses added during Job creation are linked back to the Contact. (LD-479)

Address fields available when creating a Contact

Contact creation on mobile now includes a full address section, both from inside the Job flow and from the standalone Contacts list. The first address auto-fills the Job Site Address and can be overridden or cleared. (LD-482)

Release Notes — Version 2.24.0 | May 13, 2026

Major upgrades to mobile photo capture, a refreshed QuickBooks integration, and a round of refinements across Job List search, invoicing defaults, and mobile workflows.

This release brings meaningful upgrades to mobile — making field photo capture significantly faster and more flexible — alongside an updated QuickBooks integration and a round of targeted refinements across both web and mobile. Here's what's new.

New Feature!

Faster, More Flexible Mobile Photo Capture (Headline Update)

Field documentation just got a lot smoother. Two big improvements to the mobile photo gallery:

Multi-take photo capture

You can now take multiple photos in succession without having to confirm each one individually. Snap a series of photos rapidly while walking a job site, and they'll all be captured in one flow.

Learn more via our helpdoc

Removed per-job upload limit on iOS

The previous photo upload limit on iOS has been lifted. Capture as much job documentation as the work requires — there's no longer a cap.

Together, these changes make mobile photo workflows dramatically faster for technicians, estimators, and project managers documenting jobs in the field. (LD-457)

General Platform Improvements

QuickBooks integration aligned with Intuit's latest webhook standard

We've migrated Lever360's QuickBooks integration to Intuit's new CloudEvents webhook format. This keeps your QuickBooks Online sync running reliably and on the latest supported infrastructure, with no action required on your end. (LD-268)

Web Improvements

Default Invoice Percentage now set to 100%

When creating a new invoice, the default percentage now starts at 100% — matching the most common use case and reducing manual entry for full-value invoices. (LD-426)

Job List search now works alongside Customer Name sort

Searching the Job List while sorted by Customer Name now returns results immediately — no need to toggle filters or re-trigger anything to surface matches. (LD-492)

Assignees field search is now case-insensitive

The Assignees field search now matches names regardless of capitalization, so you can find people quickly without worrying about how their name was entered. (LD-487)

Additional Mobile Improvements

QB Sub Customer ID now preserved when editing Jobs on mobile

When editing a Job from the mobile app, the QuickBooks Sub Customer ID and associated QB fields are now preserved — keeping your QuickBooks data intact whether changes are made on web or mobile. (LD-499)

Referral Companies save on mobile

Setting a referral company or referral contact on a Job from the mobile app now saves and displays as expected on the Job Detail view. (LD-419)

Last Visit Date now updates automatically with Communications notes — Adding notes to Company Communications on the mobile app now updates the company's Last Visit Date automatically — no more manual updating required. (LD-435)

Backend platform modernization, improved diagnostics on the Revenue Estimate Scope details page, and a round of refinements across job assignments, invoice files, and form template tags.

This release lays important groundwork on the Lever360 platform — restructuring our backend architecture to support faster feature delivery going forward — alongside a focused set of refinements that improve everyday workflows. Here's what's new.

General Platform Improvements

Backend modernized to a multi-project architecture

We restructured the backend solution into a modular, multi-project layout. This is foundational work that prepares the platform for faster feature delivery, microservice expansion, and cloud-native capabilities going forward. No changes to how the app behaves — but a meaningful step forward under the hood. (LD-467)

Improved diagnostics on the Revenue Estimate Scope details page

We expanded backend logging across Revenue Estimate Scope and Room Line Item activity. When questions come up about scope changes, our support and engineering teams now have richer visibility to investigate and resolve them faster. (LD-471)

Job.EstimateAmount tag on Form Templates now populates accurately

Estimate amounts now flow through correctly into contracts and other generated documents using the Job.EstimateAmount form tag. Your contracts will reflect the right estimate value every time. (LD-443)

Web Improvements

Cleaner Assignee and Account Rep dropdowns

Inactive employees are now properly excluded from selection lists across the app — including Job → Assignees, Company → Account Rep, Contact → Account Rep, and Task → Assigned To. Your dropdowns now show only active team members, keeping assignment workflows clean and accurate. (LD-189)

Refined invoice file naming on Payment Links

Invoice files attached to Payment Link emails now download with a clean, single .pdf extension — making the file presentation more professional when customers receive them. (LD-441)

How to Update

Web: Updates are automatic. If you don't see the changes right away, refresh your browser or clear your cache.

Mobile: No mobile-specific updates in this release, but make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store or Google Play (search "Lever360").

Release Notes — *Actions Needed* Version 2.22.0 | April 27, 2026

Lever360 Support avatar
Shared by Lever360 Support • April 24, 2026

This release is headlined by a major backend upgrade to how Lever360 handles photos and media, along with new customization options for the Task List and Job List, a new Document Library on mobile, and a number of refinements across the platform.

🚨 Action Needed — Sync Your Mobile App Before Updating

Because this release reworks how photos and media are uploaded and processed, we're asking every mobile user to confirm their app is fully synced before installing the update. The release will take place 3 am eastern 4/27. The sync confirmation takes no more than 30 seconds:

  • Open the Lever360 mobile app.
  • Look for a purple bar at the top of the screen. The purple bar is our sync indicator — if it's showing any orange, the app is actively syncing. Let it finish.
  • To trigger a manual sync, swipe down on the main menu, or tap More (bottom menu) → Resync.
  • Wait for the purple bar to show in full, no orange. Once it's no orange is shown, everything on your device is safely uploaded and you're good to update.

Major Feature — Redesigned Media Upload & Processing Pipeline

What it is: A complete rebuild of how Lever360 handles photos and media behind the scenes — from your mobile device through to processing, thumbnail generation, and PDF output on the web.

What this delivers:

  • Faster, more reliable photo uploads from the field
  • More efficient processing and thumbnail generation
  • Smoother PDF generation using pre-built thumbnails
  • A unified upload system across every area of the platform
  • A modernized storage backend powered by AWS S3

This is a foundational upgrade that sets the stage for future performance and improvements around media. Everything works the same on your end once you've completed the sync step above — just better underneath.

General Platform Enhancement

  • Upgraded database connection — The core database connection has been upgraded for faster, more reliable performance platform-wide.
  • Refined Propelr refund handling — Current Remaining Balance calculations have been refined to reflect Propelr refunds accurately across payment scenarios.
  • Additional Revenue Estimate safeguards — Added further validation and safeguards around Revenue Estimate Scope Details to strengthen save reliability and display consistency, including for edge-case scenarios with partially filled scope breakdowns.

Web Enhancement

  • User-persistent column customization for Task List and Job List — Your column customization on both the Task List and Job List is now saved to your user profile. Set your preferred columns once and they'll stay exactly how you like them every time you log in, on any device.

Mobile Enhancement

  • Document Library — A new Document Library page is now available under More in the bottom menu, giving you quick mobile access to your documents. See Helpdoc >
  • Revenue Details auto-open — After creating a revenue, the Revenue Details view now opens automatically so you can jump straight into the next step.
  • Refined image handling — Additional safeguards added to image editing in the mobile app to ensure smooth upload and display when edits are made before syncing.

How to Update

Web: The update rolls out automatically. If you don't see the changes right away, a browser refresh or cache clear will pull them in.

Mobile: Update via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) — search for "Lever360" and tap Update. Please complete the sync step at the top of this post first.

Lever360 Support avatar
Shared by Lever360 Support • April 09, 2026

🆕 Propelr Payment Processing — Now Available

Lever360 has supported Stripe for payment processing, and we're now adding Propelr as a second option. Both are fully supported and clearly organized in your Payment Gateway settings — whichever processor works best for your business, Lever360 has you covered.

Payment Gateway — Reorganized The Payment Gateway settings have been restructured to clearly separate Stripe and Propelr with a new dedicated Payment Gateway block. Setup instructions and direct links to Propelr resources are now available right on the Payment Gateway page. Organizations using separate Propelr accounts can store individual login credentials securely with full encryption.

To get started: Settings → Company Settings → Payment Gateway

Collect Now — Card & ACH Your team can now collect card and ACH payments directly from a job. The Collect Now flow supports method switching, validation, an open balance check, and clear messaging for declined cards, invalid routing numbers, insufficient funds, and other edge cases.

Pay Now Page — Card & ACH The Pay Now page now supports both card and ACH with full method switching, state management, and user-friendly messaging throughout the payment flow.

Payment Details — Refunds & Partial Voids From the Payment Details page, your team can now process refunds and partial voids directly inside Lever360, with validation, edge case handling, and clear success and error states at every step. If a refund isn't available because a transaction hasn't settled yet, the platform will let you know.

Balance & Transaction History Once your Propelr account is connected, your payment balance and full transaction history are visible directly inside Lever360. Payment details are accessible right from the history view.

Transaction Timeline Every transaction now has a full timeline tracking status changes and completed operations — so your team always knows exactly where a payment stands.

Receipt PDFs Receipts now support both Stripe and Propelr. Whichever processor you use, receipts generate correctly.

Additional Propelr Updates

  • Billing address label and phone number format updated in Estimate and Invoice Reports
  • Payment status now updates reliably after a payment is processed
  • Address fields pass correctly in all payment requests
  • Payments entered by card owner vs. by phone are now distinguished
  • Popup text updated and displays only when relevant data is present
  • Payment link and Collect Now tooltips updated
  • Account initialization logic for separate accounts refined

🔧 General Platform Improvements

These updates apply across the platform — backend, web, and mobile.

  • Email To and CC field validation — special characters that could prevent delivery are now blocked across web and mobile
  • Percent (%) values on tasks now display accurately
  • Payment method in declined transaction modal now accurately reflects the method used when a transaction is not completed
  • Active employee list now displays all active employees reliably — employees will appear correctly across all views without additional steps
  • Billing address label and phone number format in Estimate and Invoice Reports updated
  • Public pages — payment links and public job pages now open reliably regardless of which company account is active in the same browser session

💻 Web Improvements

  • Resources on Schedule now display in the sort order defined in your Resource Setup

Platform Update — v2.19.0 | February 19, 2026

Lever360 Support avatar
Shared by Lever360 Support • March 18, 2026

This release brought improvements across email, payments, and reporting — with several enhancements landing on mobile as well. A significant amount of work went into making communication through Lever360 more reliable, transparent, and consistent end to end.

v2.19.0 · February 19, 2026

✨Spotlight Coming Soon

Mobile Payments is now live You can now collect payments and send payment links directly from the mobile app — no web log in required. Feature Spotlight coming soon

Web

Email Sync Upgrade

The email sync engine has been reinforce with a smarter, more efficient approach — using a unique identifier per message and syncing only the most recent 24 hours of activity. The result is faster syncing, no duplicate emails appearing in threads, and better consistency between what Lever360 shows and what's in your Gmail or Outlook inbox.

Email Format Validation

All email input fields across the platform — To, CC, Billing Email, and contact/job/employee details — now validate the address format before allowing a send. You'll see an inline error immediately if something looks off, keeping your communications moving without interruption.

Auto-Trim on Email Fields

Leading and trailing spaces are now automatically removed from every email field across the platform. Clean inputs, cleaner delivery.

Email Error Visibility

When an email doesn't go out as expected, you'll now see a clear error icon in Communications → Emails with a tooltip that surfaces the exact reason — giving you the information you need to act on it right away.

Email Status Display

The email status shown in Communications → Emails now reflects the true backend delivery state — sent, pending, or requiring attention — accurately and consistently across both web and mobile.

Email Integration Token Handling

When an email integration token needs to be refreshed, the platform now surfaces a clear prompt and temporarily disables email actions until re-authorization is complete — keeping your team informed and preventing any confusion in the meantime.

Processing Payment Visibility

Payments initiated through the Pay Now page now appear immediately in Job Details → Billing → Payments — including those in "Processing" status. You'll have a complete, up-to-date view of payment activity on every job.

Picture Report Progress Bar

The Picture Report PDF generation modal now displays a live progress bar showing Processed: X / Y (Z%) — so you always have a clear sense of where generation stands.

Billing Reports — Report By Filter

The "Report By" grouping filter in Billing Reports now works correctly across all four report types: QB Sync, Invoice By, Payment List, and Rev. Est. List. Grouping by Adjuster, Insurance Company, Referred By, Third Party, and other job-level fields all apply correctly. Jobs with no value assigned are grouped under No + [Group Name] and grouping carries through to exports.

📱 Mobile

Collect Now

The full Collect Now experience is now available in the mobile app. Select the payer, enter the amount, review invoice details, and initiate a Stripe payment — all from the field. The Stripe form pre-fills automatically with the selected contact's information.

Send Payment Link

A new Send Payment Link action is now available on Invoice Details. It opens the email composer pre-filled with the billing email and your configured payment link template — with the invoice PDF attached and ready to go.

Image Description Editing During Sync

You can now add or edit an image description right after uploading without waiting for the sync to complete. The platform handles the sequencing automatically, so your images and their details arrive together.

⚙️ Platform & Infrastructure

Conversation Participant Reliability

Improvements to how Twilio conversation participants are registered ensure that participants are added consistently across all conversation types — so the right people are always included from the start while ensuring restriction still hold in place!
