We are updating Magnity this Tuesday to correct a few bugs and add a new feature.

Therefore Magnity will be down Tusday night between 23-04GMT+1. We have had to prolong it, to make sure we get all the little things right. We apologize for any inconvenience this ma cause.

The following will be released

• Minor bug fixed, that prevented users from exporting an e-mail built with a manually created tile.

• We have added the ability to build landing pages using PDFs as a source as well as webpages.

Stay tuned for more updates when the release is live.

We will continue to add more features to Magnity. The next feature added is the ability to build landing pages using videos and the ability to add the same tracking parameter across all links including across trnalsations.

We have identified a bug that prevents successful email exports to Marketo when the email contains content from a tile manually created using the "manual crawler" (+ sign next to the filter) in the content library (left part of the interface).

Our team is actively working to pinpoint the cause and implement a resolution as quickly as possible.

Temporary Resolution

If you are a Marketo user and need to:

• Use an already manually created tile, or
• Add a new page to Magnity for immediate email building and export,

Please send the page(s) you need added to one of the following contacts:

When added via our back-end application, the issue does not occur, and the tiles will function correctly.

Updates

UPDATE: Nov. 27th - 2024: Issue is identified. When we crawl a page manually, some images we crawl are very large (file size). Therefore when we send them to Marketo, they get rejected. We are looking into running a service that reduces the filesize of images that are too large. We have such a service for images crawled upon implementation, but need to deploy it when we take images and add them to an email from manually crawled pages.

We will keep you updated on the progress.

We are updating Magnity this weekend to correct a few bugs and add a minor feature.

Therefore Magnity will be down Sunday night between 18-22 GMT+1. If we need to extend this, we will let you know.

• Minor bug fixed, that prevented the social media rich text chat from working properly. it should now work as intended
• Minor bug fixed that prevented users from adjusting the CTA URL with tracking parameters. You can now add tracking parameters at the end of a URL. It will carry over when you personalize. Next week we will release a minor update that automatically carries it over in translation too. This is the first release in a larger upgrade of adding tracking parameters
• Minor bug fix that in some automation platforms prevented hyperlinks fro being displayed correctly when sending out emails. - Minor feature update: Share projects with others now has a list of all recipients in your organisation you can pick from when sharing projects. This prevents you from manual copy pasting emails in there. This is the first release in a series of smaller releases building a much better share/review functionality
• We have added a new chat interface inside the Magnity interface for the email composer. Here you can ask questions about Magnity and reports any bugs you might find
