We've made some improvements to the prescriptions!
When there are prescriptions linked to a cycle, the medications and prescription status show up in the Stim Sheet, even when there is no patient instructions set yet!
This means you can instruct by clicking on the grid in the Stim Sheet of the Cycle, so both medication name and date are set by default.
When a cycle has linked prescriptions, the Stim Sheet now also shows:

The wawa calendar now supports All Day Events, using a new swim lane that displays above each column — in line with the layout you'd recognise from Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.
Use the all-day lane to block out entire days for things like:
Creating an all-day event: Add a Meeting, Patient Appointment, or Blocked Time as you normally would, then tick All Day on the form. This converts the entry from a specific time slot into a full-day event in the new lane.
Adding a second all-day lane: If a swim lane already exists for that view (because an all-day event is already booked), right-click the lane and select the option to add another one from the menu — consistent with how other major calendar apps handle multiple all-day events.
You can still book a full-day Patient Appointment if needed. If the appointment isn't hidden from the patient, wawa will warn you of the consequences before the booking is confirmed.

We've improved how notes work across cycles. Notes are now easier to find, easier to add, and can be tied to the specific cycle and day they belong to!
"Notes" is now "Scratchpad"
The notes section in the cycles page has been renamed as the Scratchpad.
Notes can still be used for general, unstructured notes for the patient that don't need to be tied to a specific cycle day, or linked to a specific cycle day.
Cycle-specific, day-linked notes
There's now a dedicated Notes section at the bottom of the cycle page, separate from the Scratchpad. Notes here are tied to a specific day in the cycle, so you can build a running, day-by-day record.

Adding a cycle note from the Stim Sheet
Anything that you want tracked day-by-day — for example, a patient's AE, medication response, or a specific event during stimulation — can be linked to a specific day in the cycle.

New Table view for notes
There is now a Notes tab directly in the cycle. This can be switched between a chronological Feed view and a Table view, so you can sort notes by other fields such as cycle day or note creation date — handy for scanning across a cycle.

Notes section
You can still add a note directly from the Notes section itself, and optionally link it to a cycle and select which cycle day.

wawa now supports a dedicated Gender Identity field on patient profiles!

Hi there,
You can now manually add pregnancy ultrasound reports directly in the platform. Previously, this data could only be captured via an integration with your ultrasound machine. With this update, staff can input the data directly, giving you more flexibility and ensuring nothing is missed in the patient record regardless of your setup.
This is available to all accounts with no changes needed on your end. If you have any questions please do reach out to us via chat.
Hi there,
To provide better flexibility for split storage, we are moving location data from the sample level to the individual device level. Here is what is changing:
