Through this integration, funeral homes and crematories can now sync their preneed policy data from Homesteaders with Gather, and quickly view or attach existing preneed policies to a case for quick reference. In Gather, funeral homes and crematories will now be able to view Homesteaders policy information at a glance or convert recently written Homesteaders policies into new preneed cases in Gather. All from the comfort of any device!

We're excited to share that we've updated how your families and friends can leave messages when they purchase flowers or trees through Gather!

Not only will they be able to leave a personal message, but they'll be able to fully personalize the gift sender information using a "Display Name." For example, if you want to send Flowers from the whole family, you can now say something like, "These are from all your loved ones at Gather!"

Scrolling through a long list of people when you are assigning staff or family members to tasks, cases, payments, etc., is less than ideal! So, we improved the people selector pop-up by adding an intelligent and flexible search bar that allows you to search by name or relationship to the decedent.

We also split up the list of people into two categories: staff and family. That way, you can decipher the list of people faster and easier.

This improvement was driven by suggestions we received from people like you! We love to hear from you about how we can Gather a stronger tool for your team, as we are always continuing to improve your experience.

We want Gather to be perfect for you, your team, and your families, so we have implemented an easier, faster way for us to provide even more amazing support.

So how does it work?

In addition to instant chat, throughout the Gather platform, you can now click different buttons to create a quick ticket that will be routed instantly to our team so we can address it for you ASAP. These buttons will allow you to request the following help from our team:

• Upload a new GPL
• Upload a new Price List
• Upload a new AutoForm
• Request a fix to an existing AutoForm
• Request an addition to your DC questions
• Request a fix for your Statement

You will be automatically notified as we make progress, and you can view the status of all your tickets by clicking the bottom-right "Chat with us" button and then selecting the "Tickets" icon at the bottom of the chat window.

Will this delay your response time?

Nope. Our goal with this new approach is to actually improve our response times even more. You have a lot on your plate, and we want to do the best we can to provide instant support.
